Hilton London Metropole has a modern leisure club and executive lounge. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Oxford Street, and just 600 metres from Paddington Station.
Score from 3243 reviews Good
Situated on London's South Bank, this modern and family-friendly hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the River Thames and London Eye.
Score from 1700 reviews Very good
a bit far from bus/tube so be prepared to walk a lot. Staff is completely disorganised, wlan is so slow that you can´t use it. Breakfast is very expensive and average in quality.
Food not very good (Dinner) Breakfasts OK.
The willingness to give good service. The quality of the restaurant food
The wireless internet was slow, but I was given a cable which solved the problem
We were given a small room for 3 beds. No room for luggage diffi cult to move. Onky after arguing did we receive a larger room
was made to feel welcome from the start , staff and facilities excellent and the location was great
nothing can't fault it one bit
the room Were given an upgrade when we booked in and said it was a special weekend for my friends and I. Staff were very helpful.
The executive room, lounge and breakfast
My shower in room 1119 was pretty poor and the TV wouldn't work a lot of the time
Modern clean room. Ex free wifi. Rapid check in. Would defy return and recommend
great location for visit to London city. Nice clean hotel, staff excellent, will stay at this hotel next time i visit London.
Building works next door to hotel may cause problems in the future but not on my visit./
The ambience and food in the lounge bar.
Nothing; we chose not to have breakfast, which was as well in view of the long queue therefor.
Bed was very comfortable and quiet location
Could do with a few cartons of milk instead of just enough for one cup of tea
Price Smoking rooms option Stylish Lovely staff Location
Limited parking which is very expensive
The package we had was excellent value for money. We would definitely do this again.
Location was excellent Reception staff & tele operator were quite cooperative
wifi was disconnecting quite often; but provided cable connection immediately Everyday drinking water was not replaced Tooth paste was not provided in the room In peak time, taxis were not availabl;e
Location, cleanliness, speed of check-in and check-out, speed of reaction by management when faced with a problem
The noise from the gym on the 4th floor (between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.) reverberates through the floor below. Forget about sleep Avoid the 3rd floor. Wi-Fi is patchy at times. Has a Mac in the room instead of a TV - awkward location in the room, small screen, picture quality needs improvement.
Quality hotel, breakfast was decent, service was great.
Wifi was a bit spotty. However, the router was reset when I complained. No complaints about the service. The location is a bit of a walk from Pimlico/Westminster.
Plenty of free parking on the street nearby at weekends and no congestion charge at weekends. Great location behind Thames house so 10 minutes walk to Victoria or Houses of parliament. Clean, shiny and new looking. Best Hilton I have stayed in.
Breakfast food quality was just ok - not great but not bad. Hot food not as good as Premier Inn which was a surprise.

Location Construction all around Waiting for elevator in the morning
It is a good location if you need to be in Westminster. Not very close to tube stations but buses stop outside. Fantastic for Tate or Houses of Parliament
It was 100 per night more to stop than 2 weeks earlier, for some reason.
The property is strategically located at the centre of London with almost equal distances to major points of attraction. The atmosphere in the hotel is serene and exciting. The hotel is close to Pomlico tube station, thus giving easy access to the vast underground rail network of the greater London. The staff are ever ready to help and make life more comfortable for their guests. The complimentary breakfast makes staying in the hotel more purposeful. Guests are welcomed to the restaurant and seated by staff, in the most courteous manner. Free access to internet, and its sustainability have make lodging a stress-free affair in the facility.
The area was very quiet and safe. Right next to the river for walking or running. Central location to access each area. We walked from there to all tourist sights. Very wheelchair accessible. Local cafés were excellent for take out or eat in.
A little far from shopping.
We loved the chocolate cookies on arrival and the well equipped rooms. The staff were polite and helpful. Location was a 10 minute walk to Big Ben
We would have liked a biscuit with the tea facilities. Also the wine at the bar was very expensive even for London.
Breakfast is nice
The location is far from everything. No wi fi in the rooms, the room cleaning was not really clean.
Loved the executive lounge.
The cookies are the icing on the cake - also considering location street noise no problem with window open at night
