very comfortable and stylish hotel with well-trained, enthusiastic staff queues at check-in and breakfast but they were handled very efficiently and the number of guests suggests a lot of people like this hotel |

the bold but impressive decor- very clean lines and striking but tasteful use of colour. clever design of room concealing essential equipment eg. tea/coffee facilities & ironing board/iron making the room more attractive. location good if you don't mind a short walk into town (about 10-15 mins). had to show room key at breakfast table to prove residency. would have preferred a buffet style cooked breakfast to make it quicker. |

Firstly, I liked the location of the hotel. Secondly it was staff, who was very friendly and helpful. To my deepest regret, nobody has mentioned the fire depot located on the opposite bank of the river and now I have very clear understanding of London's fire statistic on the Halloween 2009. |

I always find it very comfortable, and not too hot or stuffy (unlike many other hotels). Staff are friendly and helpful and although there is a bit of a walk to the tube station, overall the location is excellent. Breakfast was not particularly good |

We had a Mac computer for every room, then music, computer, tv, dvd, etc was included in the same device. Room new and very comfortable, staff excellent,, room service at a good price. I went in a city trip plan ... i believe London is a city were the location need to be near a Metro station and you dont need to pay extra for a location .. this is near the parliament,, but . in a turisist trip I would prefer Soho or whatever less cost location. |

The hotel staff was superb and every amenity was provided. In room computer with free internet access as well as every power adapter needed. The decor is beautiful and elegant. 2 bars that stay open as late as you like! The hotel provides bath/body liquid soap but no bar soap. The location is about 5 blocks from the Tube and 7-8 blocks from any other restaurants or sites. |

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room service was a bit overpriced, but prompt and tasty. The location is nearly perfect, within walking distance to the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Abbey (even for a 3 year old). Cabs were always out front and ready to whisk us away for a day of sight-seeing, as well. |

Left alone and had privacy. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet - good to relax after long days. The Apple TV/computer system was very clever, useful and affective - unique too! Staff on first day a little abrupt at reception but then very pleasant throughout remainder of stay. |

I prepaid the room 100% in advance and the hotel staff were flexible enough not to ask for any deposit or to block funds on the debit card (this usually brings discomfort because it takes the hotels forever to release the funds after I check out, E.G. I have been expecting to get the funds released by Sheraton Belgravia for over a week now). |

The hotel was clean and friendly in a nice location. However I have stayed in equally nice but less expensive hotels in London. I feel that your reviews have over rated it. It was a little bit far from the Tube. Also I felt that the rooms were quite small in view of the price. |

Very good location, 88 bus runs 24 hours into the City centre & stops almost outside the door. The staff are very friendly. hotel is beautiful, very clean & contemporary Pricing of meals especially cooked breakfast, very expensive!! £17.50 |
