Location to office. Staff very good. Room decor very good. Have stayed here before but this was by far the smallest room I have been given. The bathroom was tiny and I would expect more for the cost. Disappointing.

We only had one night at the Double Tree but wished it had been much longer. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, nothing was too much trouble. The room was a very good size lots of room for us and everything in there we needed. Lovely breakfast. We will certainly book the Double Tree by Hilton again

Central location to where I had business dealings Rooms smaller than advertised, unhelpful staff, many staff could not speak English which caused trouble when trying to order a towel or a satchel of coffee. On 2 occassions they did not clean the room. Coffee was undrinkable and the scambled eggs inedible.

The location for us was superb as we were attending a family wedding and the reception was a 45 MIlbank which was a 5 minute walk away. The room was lovely with all the comforts we required and more as well. We have used Hilton Hotels in America but this was the first time we have used a British one. We were not disappointed. The staff were excellent and the breakfast 1st class. We would certainly stay with you again and have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends

Staff was amazing. I broke my leg the week before the trip and they were able to put us in a handicap room and provide a wheelchair for our stay. Warm cookies on arrival. We were never bothered by house keeping but as soon as we were out of the room, they took care of everything. IMac in the room!!! Location is just steps away from Westminster but tucked off the tourist track. I will stay here every time I come to London in the future.

Excellent location on a quiet street in the heart of London, next to Tate Britain (not to be mistaken with Tate Modern), excellent facilities, reasonably priced Possibly the only slight inconvenience might be that if you are arriving by tube you'd be walking from Pimlico tube station half a mile away

We used to live close by to the hotel so very familiar with the area. Location is great and very good service. We mentioned at check-in that we were celebrating my birthday and our room was upgraded to a larger corner room with a view.

Location was good. Waling distance to Westminster Abbey and Parliament. The hotel did not have our reservation from Booking.com I had to show them my reservation and receipt on my iPad. And check out is complicated by an obviously under-trained front desk staff.

Location to head office Despite asking for a copy of my invoice to be e-mailed to me, and two e-mails saying that the bill would be e-mailed shortly, I have yet to receive the bill (16/01/12). The bathrooms are similar in size to what my son keeps his hamsters in.

Great service and value for money. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful; a real change from some of the London Hotels we have stayed in over the past few years! The room was spotless and the facilities matched the ambience of the hotel including a free hot cookie each on arrival, free bottled water and dressing gowns in the room as standard. Only one negative; the breakfast was very disappointing. The bacon was hard and the cold table less than inspiring. Our breakfast was in with the price of the room but we would not have been happy paying over £20 each for what was on offer. Suggest the hotel restaurant staff visits the Premier Inn at County Hall to see how it should be done for less than half the price!

Very quiet location and yet close to Westminster Abbey. Quiet also iside the hotel.Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. Good service in restaurant. Good continental breakfast selection. Unusually for this hotel, the reception staff seemed somewhat inefficient. Never had this problem before.

We found the mint hotel to be comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast although pricey well worth the money as you can eat as much as you like from the continental buffet, smoked salmon is included in the price but you need to ask for it and they certainly do not serve skimpy portions if you chose to add on the cooked breakfast option. All in all we liked the hotel and will happily stay there again. The only thing I would say the hotel could do better would be to put a sofa in the rooms instead of one comfy chair.

The rooms are clean, modern and spacious and come with a nice-sized safe, free wi-fi and an iMac computer. Its location is great for proximity to the main sites in Westminster (House of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey) as well as the Tate Britain museum.

The friendliness of the staff. The refrigerator in the room. The safe in the room. The quietness of the area, and yet close enough to get to everything Food was excellent. The safe was on the floor. For older people with bad knees and backs, this can be a real effort to get down on the floor and back up again. One other thing was that the menu was not changed. I was there 10 days and had a hard time choosing something different to eat.
