The room was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was comfortable and the linen clean. Breakfast was a great start to the day and everything we wanted, and more. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Location good for sights such as Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliment. Nice quiet location in busy city.
Location - good Staff - all extremely helpful. Bar area - good contemporary atmosphere. Would stay again
TV didn't work - only found out late at night so not convenient to seek assistance. Not enough coffee / tea sachets in room for refreshment. Lounge basic - bar much, much better
Everything. Service and food very good
Shower needed some maintenance.
Good sized room - location of hotel was great; next to Tate Museum, walking distance to Big Ben and Westminister, not as touristy as some other places. 10 min walk to Pimlico station on Victoria Line, similar to Westminister station the opposite direction.
Construction being done when I was staying there across the street.
Distance from underground
Breakfast Customer Service Clean Location
Asked for milk never arrived tv channels were poor
Location, new and modern hotel, clean, great breakfast, helpful staff. I will definitely stay again.
Peaceful breakfast facilities
Construction area around
All staff were excellent - reception, bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing -loads of choice and great service. The warm cookies on arrival were a very nice welcoming touch. Fresh milk in the fridge might have been an even better touch though.
Couldn't connect to the wifi, but sure the staff would have helped if I needed to use it. Struggled a bit with the Apple Mac too. Maybe it's my lack of IT skills! lol
The staff were brill the hotel foyer was nice too good quality lifts
The noisy crouds of people flooding down the corridor at ridiculous time when we ticked the quiet room box and the room finishing didn't warrant the extra money. I'll be stopping in a premier inn next time
Location was really good
We paid for execuative room the staff in the lounge were rude. It states alcoholic beverages so we were disappointed when it was just wine and beer as I don't like them. We were very disappointed that we didn't have a bath in our room and the view was awful all we could see was the lift area so people could see in and out of our room.
Location was good. Executive Lounge was great.
Building Site beside hotel was very noisy. Building work started very early Saturday morning. Room was slightly on the small side.
Everything was perfect
Location Reception Breakfast
One dirty towel in bathroom
Hotel is clean in general breakfast is ok
WIFI is very slow
The service was excellent, staff were fantastic with the children, excellent food and a wonderful stay. The Westminster suite we had I would recommend to anyone, what a great start to the Christmas season for our family. We wil be booking again when in London.
Leaving and return home!!!
From the moment you walk into the reception you are greeted with a very warm welcome and a delicious warm cookie. The room was perfect, lovely big comfy bed, bathroom had a shower and a bath. There was so much choice for breakfast. We had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant and I mustn't forget the delicious Cold Chocolate Martini.
Every think , staff was helpful , very clean ,
Excellent location, friendly staff. Really welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. They accomodated out young children beautifully.
The food in the lounge was ok, they did however forget our son's order and when it arrived was not what we ordered. Little disappointing when we'd been out sightseeing all day.
This is the second time our group have stayed at this hotel and have always found the staff extremely friendly and helpful
The queue for breakfast was massive, and had to wait 10/15 mins to a space in the dining room and another 5 mins queuing for food
The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just a 20 min walk from Waterloo station along the Southbank. The skyline of Westminster makes the walk very enjoyable. As we had no access to the executive lounge even we booked, we stayed at the bar and enjoyed some cocktails. Although they seem to be expensive- there was a good mix of cocktails.
We booked two executive rooms on the same floor with access to the lounge. One a twin and the one with a cot. We believed to be able to sit in the lounge at the same floor while our little son could sleep in his room. It turned out that our room was on the 11th, the twin on the 8th and the executive lounge on the 1st floor. The cot was not set up and when it arrived we had to make the bed in the cot by ourselves. The lounge should have served canapés from 7-9m which did not happen and it does not offer any drinks. The atmosphere was very poor, so that we sat in the bar. In the morning we found out that there is a queue of one hour for breakfast. We never experienced that before in a hotel. We than tried the executive lounge which was completely full, too. The chairs at the bar were not ideal for a small child. The buffet was completely over run by the amount of guests and the staff were trying to cope with the situation. It felt like a train station... and not like an upmarket executive lounge.
Friendly efficient service, good but quiet location, well fitted pleasant room, near useful bus stops and right by the Tate
Well fitted shower room but a wee bit small. Dinner was ok, but we expected better quality for the price
