Proximity to where I needed to go. Comfy bed. Very basic. Rather overpriced at £65. The room wasn't heated, there was no phone and the bathroom lighting was poor. Furniture was very cheap and wardrobe was very wobbly. |

The staff were available to help at any time and were welcoming. The shared kitchen made it very cheap when buying food to prepare. The neighbourhood wasn't great, but it wasn't dangerous. The hotel also had a weird smell. |

The staff at the Hotel were very helpful with advising us of travel to and from the o2 arena. They were also very friendly, the Hotel had a very relaxed feeling to it. We had left a phone charger in the room and after we had left they called us to let us know we had left it behind and offered to post it out to us. |

The hotel was situated very well. It was very close to the underground station. It was clean. We arrived very early. Our luggage wasn't locked in the luggage room, but stayed in the corridor. |

The cleanless of the rooms, avaliability of the kitchen, helpful staff and easy access to the city centre. Everything is fine, we did not face any problems during our stay at the hotel. |

Free kitchen facilities was great. Overall it was clean. Great value! Me and my female friend didn't particularly enjoy the hordes of men hovering about the reception area at all times. Room was tiny but that was what you'd expect from a low budget hotel. Bathroom light didn't work but they fixed it within the hour. All things considered I'd still recommend it. |

Right next to DLR station, so convenient when returning home from a gig at 11:30pm. Bathroom ceiling was very mouldy, shower basin was majorly blocked (hence shower could only be used for 90 seconds before overflowing), and no shampoo provided. |

It's close to the dlr line and to the District line, very well connected. The bathroom was new and large enough, the shower very comfortable. The reception desk stays open 24/7 Our room was facing a road that made a huge noise all night long, with no break. Moreover the dlr line was just 10 meters from our room adding extra noise. The heating system worked either summer in the room or freezing. |

Clean,tidy,good shower in our room, breakfast arrangements of self serve with various options was good. rather too warm-but that is personal choice, quite noisy at the front next to road crossing-but to be expected in the city |
