Nothing, your service is a rip off and I will not be using it again.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was too small.

It was very dirty there - I could nt use the bathroom and boiled the kettle to brush my teeth. I hardly slept and wrapped my own clothes around the pillow so I could nt smell. There were half a dozen lady birds in there, from the window in the garden were brocken beds and a stray toilet in the middle of the Lawn. I have taken photos as could nt believe how horrible it was. a lady on her own should NOT stay there

See above I did nt like any thing about it but where it was near my Course, I would have moved but was shy by myself. Please dont recommend this to any one else. I travelled round the world as a back packer - this was the worse place ive seen , guess its character building . too shy too ask for money back , but asked to be moved rooms twice and they did nt move me. Sorry im a generally upbeat person, but beds and toilets outside a filthy room is - as it is !!!!! Miss A Parsons, feel free to e-mail me back if further queations.

Very convenient for the station, both for the airport and the city. Staff were friendly and helpful and as a budget accommodation, it had all I needed.

We booked only because we didn't find elsewhere.

Good location to Heathrow airport.Good location to tube station. Good breakfast. Comfortable room (single) with BR/ Staff is very helpful and polite.

Very noisy due to proximity to the airport and a road. Next time I decide to stay at the hotel I'll use earplug. Room with no presnce of a chair.

the staff at civic guest house was excellent and very helpfull. i will recommend this to any one who want to stay there. food and breakfast was excellent and rooms were absolutely cleaned. i would offcourse recommend to my friends and family. thank you civic guest house for a wonderful stay

It was a good location for twickenham the bus left right outside the front door and drops you right next to the stadium also return right back to the civic centre The price was cheap and the beds were quite comfy

It needs a good clean up the Walls and carpets are filthy there was mould in the bathroom doors kept banging during the day and night people talking in the next room could be heard very loudly

Needs some updates

Waiting late in the evening after a long flight to check in while staff took personal call, cracked tiles and mould in bathroom, rusty radiator, stained carpet, paint peeling from walls, discovering hair on the bed sheet and finally trying to make a cup of tea only to find that the milk in several uht containers was off - the consistency of yoghurt, in fact. All these things contributed to an extremely poor first impression. Further, the night duty person replenished the milk with milk that was even more rancid - blaming the milk company as irresponsible. Worst of it was, I paid 22 pound for a taxi to the 79 pound Civic Guest House - driving past a number of well appointed 99 pound places - and arriving to find rooms at the Guest House advertised on a large banner on the front from 30 pound. Still too much in my view. Not recommended.

The place is very simple, but clean and tidy. What I got was almost what I was expecting; the very basic! But we just wanted to sleep at night, and tour the city all day. The staff was very friendly, except the lady at breakfast, and that is because the hotel was understaffed and she was just boggled down by such a huge number of guests to look after. Moreover, the breakfast room doesnt have enough space to sit all the guests, so you have to wait in a queue. The bedding in one of the rooms was really shabby, but the next day, upon request it was changed to a better condition. Wi-fi worked well, toilets had steady supply of hot water, the place is very close to the train station, so its a great comfort for people travelling with children and older people, and it provides just the exact value for money.

I loved the hospitality and very very cooperative customer service. Its location was excellent as it was on a walking distance from underground station and city centre.
