It was very quiet at night, except outside: police cars and airplanes made horrible noice, Quite badly organised. They didnt even asked do i need help to find tube or even how to use it... etc. |

It was a very nice location and the reception staff were very friendly The head was missing from the shower. I was moved room after my first night, while I was not in the hotel. The restaurant staff could not understand enough English to complete my breakfast order. |

Very reasonable price! Did not expect an en-suite for only GBP35 per night. Convenient location for Hounslow town centre and not too far away from Heathrow.. |

It is about a 5 minute walk to a tube station. The area in which this hotel is located is rundown. The breakfast needed to include more than cereal and toast if not getting the full English breakfast. There were no complimentary shampoos and no extra rolls of toilet paper. At 2:30am one morning, a person was ringing the bell at the front entrance and yelling which kept us awake. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

It's very convenient for an overnight stay near Heathrow and would be a very economic and convenient base to explore London. It's quite quiet in the evenings but it's under one of the early morning flight paths so there's obviously noise from the planes (from about 6am) though it was fine when I shut the window. The directions need work. From the tube station you turn right and it's about 400 yards, not 200 as stated on the site. |

The staff was mostly helpful Worst hotel ever; not worth the $. Seemed an expensive, but ok place. Didn't look entirely clean & things were a little cramped but thought it'd be manageable. Found that the bed was incredibly hard & imposs. to sleep on (creaked).1st night had less than 1hr sleep; shower was gross, wireless never worked right; owners kids were noisy & other guests could easily be heard. Not recommended |

Vicinanza all'aereoporto Scarsa pulizia. Camere totalmente prive di insonorizzazione. Si sentivano persone parlare e discutere ad alta voce in piena notte. Hanno utilizzato il numero di Carta di Credito che voi mi avevate chiesto a garanzia (e con l'assicurazione che non sarebbe stata utilizzata), per effettuare il pagamento senza che io dessi autorizzazione e senza ricevere ricevuta dell'operazione. |

Я забронировал номер заранее. Однако когда поселился дали старый номер с не работающем душем. Я высказал претензию и попросил поменять мне номер. Мне тут же дали другой номер более комфортабельный и более новый. В остальном претензий особых небыло. Завтрак нормальный. От метро недалеко около 200м. От центра ехать на метро 35 минут. Не предлогать старые номера с не работающими приборами это отпугивает клиентов. |

ligging vlakbij underground station sanitaire voorzieningen: 1 douche en 1 toilet op de gang voor minstens 10 kamers, toilet spoelde heel slecht door, toiletpapier was 's avonds laat op en 's ochtends nog niet aangevuld, gehorige kamers, oude lekkende kranen bij wasbak op kamer, douche kon niet opgehangen worden omdat de houder kapot was. Ik heb in jeugdherbergen voor de helft van het geld nog betere voorzieningen gehad. |
