Just a 10-minute drive from London Heathrow Airport, this hotel has modern accommodations with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The Park Grand London Heathrow Gateway has its own bar and restaurant.
Score from 656 reviews Very good
The ibis budget London Hounslow is 4 miles from London’s Heathrow Airport, and perfectly placed for travelers to access the airport as well as the regular transport connections to central London.

These serviced apartments are on the bank of the Thames River in Greenwich, London, and several feature picturesque views of Canary Wharf, central London and the O2 Centre.

Poor state of cleanliness
We booked 3 rooms and had to clean every one ourselves the showers were full of mould the carpets were from the sixties and the breakfasts was freezing cold and absolutely disgusting. Luckily we are cleaning contractors so we could clean the rooms before we had to stay in them .If there had been any other places to stay we would have moved. Will definitely not be using this hotel again
Reasonable size room. Helpful staff.
Decor and room very tired. Busy and noisy street. No public lounge area.
Great staff. Very friendly. Breakfast included in the price..
This place is a hasard. Rust. Mould. Everywhere. Shocked that this type of property still existed as an hospitality accommodation. Breakfast is over at 8.30am??
Good location ,friendly staff
The guest house was further from the ground than stated
Location to tube station and hounslow town centre. price was good.
rooms could do with a revamp. Smell in bathroom but got moved to a different room so I suppose that wasnt too bad.
The scrambled egg and toast i had on 2 mornings
The guest house and room i stayed in is tired and needs a make over. I missed breakfast 3 mornings due to timings. Maid never left milk for coffee in room on 2 occasions. Get to bed early otherwise the jumbos start to arrive at Heathrow around 4.30am and sleep is impossible. Soap has no lather and duvet is ancient
Staff was exellent. Civic is closed to Hounslow Central metro station also. Breakfast for guest house was good.
Wi-Fi was awful. Area was very noisy.
This was the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel. One of main reasons - car park. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is OK.
Previous time we had rooms on 1st floor with windows to the street. Not very good, but definitely not bad. This time we had a room on Gnd floor with a window to a small internal technical well. With an unpleasant smell from a standpipe. Definitely will not recommend this room to anyone. So if you will book a room here - insist on a room with outside windows, not to a well. Not any mirror in the room, even in bathroom. (was it prepared for vampires?) And if you need to get to Central London - it will take about 2 hours on bus or at least 1 hour on tube. It seems that WiFi is turned-off for the night. At least, it will not work in the morning till approximately 8am.
FRIENDLY STAFF AND WIFI
BATHROOM WAS SMELLING TRAGEDY AND BREAKFAST WAS TINY
Location is very good. Bus stop right in front and 5 mins walk from tube station.
Very small and congested room. Heating system was not working. No water mixers, hand shower and bolts in the washroom. Same breakfast options everyday. Traffic noise throughout. Refund and booking policy is not in the favor of customers.
Noisy night because an shower pump.
Location was great. in front of the guest house there is bus station where you can reach Hounslow Central Station 1-2 minute by bus. you could find open catering almost even after midnight.
In our room (number 6) hot water was a little bit problem in shower, But shared bathroom solved it during my stay.
Really close to bus/train Quiet and clean neighborhood
Basic, but served a purpose. Friendly atmosphere. Two stars is about right.
Near to the station. Easy to find. Off street parking. Staff willing to help with enquiries.
Showers need up grading. Not a dislike but could do with a bit of a face lift.
There was nothing to write about the place. Everything is basic and below par. For the price I found out I could have got something far better very close by.
Guest house was not like website photos. No extra bed as stated. Wallpaper coming off wall. Windows didn't shut properly. Curtains had holes in. Had to ask twice for toilet paper -no hand wash. Mould around shower and around ceiling. T.V didn't work and door to room was ordinary sapele door - not very safe. Pillows and quilt ere barely existant they were so thin. Wish i'd paid extra and booked somewhere else. Said free wifi but no signal in our room. If i'd seen room first i wouldn't have paid for it.
The location was good, a couple of mins to Hounslow Central. Breakfast was good however a long wait before the breakfast actually gets to the table.
Shabby appearance of the room/bathroom! Mould in the bathroom! Cabinets were not clean! Long wait for the breakfast to be served! Password for Wifi was changed without being informed on the 2nd day of our stay!
It was clean and reasonably priced. Location was what we needed.
The bed was old and slumped to the middle and so I didn't sleep well. I think they need to maintain the beds and bedding better. We were given 1 towel for 3 people and I was begrudgingly given one more when I asked.
Short walk from Hounslow Central Station . Handy - a few tube stops - from Heathrow Airport . Guest House is clean though a little run down . Reception and Check in are virtually all day .
Phoned once for some info. In advance of stay and lady who answered was not great with English . Young man at reception tried to get me to give up my double room for a single room elsewhere - no mention of a rebate of course ! - presumably so he could let out the double again to a couple - cunning ! Same young man at reception , given that I had a very early start long before the normal breakfast time , undertook to leave out some bread and butter and milk but did not bother to do so . I knew he wouldn't so I was not surprised ! Outside my open window as I tried to sleep on a humid night , voices went on chit chatting late - I did not like that - sounded to me like family voices rather than guests' voices .
Nothing Terrible experience, have to booked at nearby Travelodge for the rest of my stay
I opted to checked out immediately I was shown the room and was prepared to loose the first night payment but they were so smart to have put it in their condition of guest loosing total amount paid for if not canceled or modified 48 hours before arrival. The room given was very small and no fan during summer. The front desk guy tried and relocate me to another room which is bigger but still not comfortable as there are lots of sun flies and the beddings has some bugs that kept me awake all night. I checked out the following day despite booked for four night loosing all amount paid. Terrible, have to booked at nearby Travelodge
Close to tube and Heathrow airport. We could leave our luggage safely for the day after we've checked out. Helpful staff
Worn matrasses. No Wi-Fi in our room.
very tired old rooms ,, shower not working , English Breakfast has BACON from Pigs not Turkey and we eat Tomatoes Hot not cold , would never use this place again.. Should of hired a BRITISH chef and maybe thing would improve ...
Close to tube station and town centre
Wifi cut out constantly when we were able to get it. Fridge in each room old and very noisy. Chipped shower cubicle. Showers went from warm to freezing to scalding by itself. Incredibly noisy as on flight path to Heathrow - not to bad when windows were shut, but the room became too hot to sleep in. Uncomfortable beds. Hard, thin pillows.
