Staff were friendly and helpful. And the hotel being small felt very comfortable. I like the location which was near the city centre, but being on a side street was quiet, so this afforded a very restful sleep at nights. I liked this hotel, will return and would recommend it to others.
Perfect walking distance for Playhouse Theatre. Single bedroom adequate but needs some TLC .
not noisy whatsoever
The stylish & welcoming feel carried on throught from reception to guest bedrooms. The evening meal package is excellent value for money. We will stay again in the near future. Many thanks.
There is nothing to dislike. Honestly!! It's a great place.
Beautiful hotel that was extremely good value for money (we had a good deal). Bed was really comfortable. I'm pregnant and slept better than I have done in a while. Bathroom was nice with a lovely bath and shower. Breakfast menu had a great selection and more than you could possibly eat. Would definitely stay here again.
£8 per day for parking was annoying but we'd saved on the hotel itself so it all worked out.
The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They were definitely the best thing about the hotel. The hotel was quite convenient for the city centre
The rooms were very small and I would have thought bottled water should have been provided as a standard. The lack of parking was also a problem - we had to drop off all our baggage and park a 15 minute walk away.
Location to theatre. Friendly staff.great breakfast.
Staircase to room 10.
No 11 Boutique hotel is exactly what it says on the tin. Small intimate and friendly without being in your face. Our room which was a junior suite was quiet comfortable and nicely decorated and furnished. It is ideally placed for shopping, the theatre and dining out. We enjoyed our short last minute stay and would definitely try it again.
No real complaints.
Room was tiny an attic side room with sloping ceiling and tiny bathroom. Bed was a single and felt like springs were all shot.
room was clean and breakfast was good.
There was no lift and climbing up the stairs to third floor every time was painful.
georgeous hotel, beautiful room: king size bed, very new bathroom. Staff super friendly and attentive. Restaurant serves very delicate and refined food. TOP !
Nice room with view
Not best wifi in room, some nosie in early evening from restaurant
Room was beatiful, cosy and comy. Staff were friendly and professional. Food was the best ever. Excellent value for money.
Have stayed in this hotel before and loved it so much we returned again, both times have stayed in the Georgian Suites which are absolutely gorgeous. The staff are so friendly and polite. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Cannot fault anything.
Location was excellent, 5 mins walk to Princes St. Hotel was well kept, clean and tidy. Staff were always helpful. Breakfast was great! Rooms are an excellent size and have lovely decor. Hotel was lovely and warm, very homely.
Loved the bathroom
Bed was too small
Found that the room we had was very small.
Friendly professional staff. Great location, and full of character.
Nothing to dislike
Very near the city centre and quite and peaceful as well
The location was really good and had free parking at the weekend. The staff we're really helpful. Had a great weekend.
The wifi wasn't too great.
Friendly staff , 4* proper rooms (with character ) . Great breakfast , with atenative staff . Downstairs reception room present to just while away the hours .
Perhaps some bottled water in rooms . a room safe . Apart from that nothing as already high standered of presentation .
Style, decor, comfort and size of the room. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast.
Room was comfortable with great unsuite. The breakfast was brilliant. I wish we had eaten the evening before as the food sounds superb.
No complaints about the hotel only issue was parking. Next time I'll take the train.
Bedrooms fantastic, food great, staff very friendly Location great near to John Lewis and shopping
a little noisy, but probably to be expected on city centre
Lovely small hotel, very nice staff and in a good location close to shops and theatre.
I did notice that the paintwork on the stairs and the doors could do with a touch-up,because the hotel interior is all painted in a dark colour it is noticeable when chipped, but the colour is lovely and very classy
