Very warm welcome from the reception staff - I arrived before noon but was immediately shown my room - and an excellent restaurant with top notch food and helpful service. Room was on the small side, but fine for a single occupant (compensated for with a lovely big bathroom and storage space). |

The staff were very friendly and the food was good. There appeared to be only one tiny lift serving the whole hotel. The hotel was a bit like a "rabbit warren" with lots of corridors and alcoves. I was disappointed with the room bearing in mind it was described as Premier. It was small, very warm and stuffy and the view from the window was poor. |

The position of the hotel, the cleanliness and the breakfast was excellent In the middle of the night there were strange noises coming from the bathtub and upon entering bathroom was knocked over by the sewerage smell. I put the plug in and the noise and smell ceased. I advised the receptionist in the morning, but I didn't think she understood. |

The restaurant at the hotel provided pleasant food at a not too unreasonable price. Our room was remarkably small. It was as if they had put a double bed into a single room. There was insufficient room to move down the side of the bed where it was close to the wall. There was no space into which one could put a suitcase; the wardrobe was too small and there was no available floor space. We had to keep moving the case. |

excellent service from all the staff.pleasant and helpful, all the time.hotel had a happy and friendly atmosphere all the time.we will return.Bedrooms lacking nothing, cleaning lady(Birmingham lady) excellent, nothing was too much trouble for her.10/10 TT & Billtown motorcycle races was our reason to use your hotel Total lack of outside seats for sunbathing,we had to use the gardens across the road to read the papers and digest our excellent breakfast.smokers had to stand at the main entrance, should have been benches provided,I am not a smoker but it was not nice having to find your entry/exit to the hotel through people who were enjoying a smoke. Give them a seperate seated area at the front of the hotel |

The seaview room that I had was large and comfortable and the view was fantastic. The hotel is in central Douglas and its easy to get to the shops and other tourist attractions. |

the sea view was the best feature, the room was large and comfortable if a bit worn, the staff were all nice and helpfull,if you speak Polish you we be at home here. the stairs are definately not suitable for elderly or infirm, the lift is tiny and does not open onto any room levels, the place is like a rabbit warren and I would be terrified should a fire break out,I can only recommend elderly or infirm to find a more suitable hotel, even the entry stairs to the hotel were for high for my elderly father. |

Excellent resturant, as there is not many resturants in Douglas, we were glad of it on Saturday night, when way turned away from one. |
