Loved everything about the hotel. The location was so handy for the centre of town and all teh staff members were lovely. We arrived early with the intention of dropping our bags and going but we were allowed straight into our room which made everything so much easier. Very friendly and we will definietly return. |

The room was nicely decorated and clean. They were unable to offer an open bar on a Sunday evening and would not provide an early breakfast. |

The staff were very friendly and our room was very clean and very big for a double room. You can hear absolutely anything from the other rooms. |

This is our second visit to The Claremont this year and again we could not fault it in anyway. The hotel is furnished to a good standard and is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is plentiful and beautifully cooked.Nothing is ever too much trouble for Scott and Alan and they make all their guests feel very welcome. |

Great location; welcoming hosts; excellent value for money; lovely, spotless and well-appointed room (with free internet access) - plus a splendid breakfast. What more could you ask for? I could not recommend more highly. |

excellent breakfast, well cooked with good quality food. The obvious care the owners take of the hotel and the welcome they extend to thier visitors. Off street parking, very important for the area the hotel is in I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable after the second night, (we stayed three ) the mattress was very hard. Also the very strong smell of air-freshner. |

The location, the cleaniness of the hotel and the attractiveness of the decor. The friendliness of the staff. The whole building smelt fragrant! The attention to fresh towels and bedding. Very good breakfast. Rather small rooms and beds. |
