For my one night stay the hotel was very good

My one night stay was very good, the staff were welcoming and polite. My room was clean and tidy the on suite shower /toilet looked brand new , again very clean, some form of heating in there would have been a bonus but that is just nit picking really. I am a very light sleeper and asked for a quite room and that is what I had. The English breakfast was very good and served by a very pleasant young lady. I would stay again.

Superb Full Engilsh Breakfast

Rooms fair but dated, hot water coming out of both taps in our en-suite. Part of the hotel was being refurbished which we were not told about and the hotel bar was full of furniture so you could not use it.

Staff were excellent and vary engaging, hotel is well run, clean and would always try to stay there again if in Bournemouth.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. Having stayed at hundreds of hotels around the country over the last 20 years I have to say this was a good one.

Staff and Manager very welcoming and friendly

The very friendly service and care by Adam. He made us feel very welcome and that nothing would be too much trouble. Our room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet even though it was at the front on the ground floor. We would definately go again if we wanted to visit Bournemouth.

The staff were really helpful, made us feel welcome and at home. The room was nice and clean even though we were on the top floor and there were lots.of stairs which maybe hard for older guests. The breakfast is nice and generous as the staff didn't mind us ordering extra. The hotel is located in walking distance of a shop and the beach and driving distance of Bournemouth town centre and a good base to explore Poole and Brownsea island.

Whilst the Claremont is a very nice b&b St. Michaels Road has many budget hotels which attract stag and hen parties. Our Saturday nights sleep was terrible as we were woken several times by hordes of drunken revellers in the street outside. If you do stay here I suggest you ask for a room at the back.A Real shame as for this reason I would not return.

Proprietors welcome made us feel at home and we were impresses with our breakfast, We would highly recommend this b&b to all of friends. Congratulations Claremont you made our stay very enjoyable.

It would have been nice to have had by bag carried to the room 10 As I was at a conference I was unable to order breakfast before 8am. For business purposes I feel that is a late start

A very enjoyable weekend. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast (included in the price) was exceptional- great service and lots of choice. Our room was lovely: clean and tidy on arrival and made up with clean towels every day. The location couldn't have been any better- only a short walk to the town/ beach. Would recommend highly and would definitely stay again.
