The food was excellent staff were friendly good location
The room was small, bed was hard
Staff were fine very helpful, food was excellent with plenty of choices including really tasty vegetarian options. Though rooms were a little dated comfort levels and cleanliness were first class. I have no problem recommending the Claremont for a break in Blackpool
The dungeon like dining room. Low ceilings and walls covered with dark (Jacobean) wooden panels gave the feeling of eating in a badly lit cave. The reception also needs a refurb.
Room was next to compressor outside, noise was unreal for price we paid
Excelent reception staff and management
The food was excellent The staff had plenty of time for you Drinks reasonably priced Good entertainment every night
Only one lift in the hotel caused queues and long wait's The sauna was not working and the spa bath was part of the pool so wasn't as hot as you would expect
Overall the hotel was fantastic.the staff was great and very helpfull.the hotel and room was very clean and had plenty of space.brekfast was great.the swimming pool was very nice.entertaiment was great.
One corner of the bed base was broken.thought price was a bit expensive for the 2nights and we thought that u get a massage in the price but that was extra.
Went for fireworks and illuminations this hotel is perfect for both . food multi choices very good value.
Car park not to everyone's liking but didn't bother us as we didn't want to continually use the car.
Food brilliant Staff brilliant
Rooms too small bathrooms very small should be changed to showerrooms
Everything but the bed.
Everything was excel land and we wished we had stayed longer
liked everything about the hotel and has l am 84 and wife 81 it was get and easy for the town and shops
Good food and entertainment
Going to the basement for the toilets
The staff are professional and well mannered, the food is excellent and entertainment is second to none.
There is nothing to dislike about the Claremont
Liked the evening entertainment really very good, breakfast was great, and staff very friendly
Nothing everything was really good.
breakfast excellent,good value all round.
mattress too firm, not very comfortable, ready for a change.
The Claremont Hotel North Shore is close to the resorts main attractions. This hotel runs trips & has daytime en-tertainment, evening cabaret very good. The staff here go out of their way to be helpful and are very pleasant. All in all a lovely place to stay.
Thought the hotel foyer needed 'smartening up'. Larger bathroom towels required. A hook on bathroom door would be useful.
Room very nice (sea view)
Parking at the back of the hotel can be a bit of a problem
Food entertainment great.
Great location, breakfast was fab. Bar and serving staff very friendly and efficient.
Very small ensuite facilities, being made to feel that the bed and breakfast guests were not as important as the all inclusive. At breakfast we were referred to as "just" bed and breakfast.
One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in . Would put a lot of 5* hotels to shame.
The decor in the hallways need attention and also too narrow .. The breakfast also very disappointing ie:-sausages and bacon of poor quality .. Parking also an issue!
Good night sleep. Breakfast nice.
Shower didn't work, small towels only, little shower gel. No parking even after requesting in advance via email as we are over 70 yrs old...not even a reply received. . Food at dinner awful and reception staff on first night very poor. Would not recommend also no parking avail even after requesting on
Location was ok
Bathroom too small, only 1 lift, not good when it broke down, beds too soft & springy! If you don't like meat you only get one veg option. Over priced for what you got! Would not go back!!!
food very good entertainment average
children running around after their entertainment had finished, comedian on and he had a job to carry on because of the children. also stayed thursday till sunday and had to watch the same comedian telling the same jokes as thursday.
The hotel was great the entertainment was brilliant x
The food was excellent also our waitress was very good we had a clean bedroom with excellent views also plenty of seating on the ground floor to relax in.
The bathroom was on the small size also we would have preferred a shower cubicle instead of a bath as baths are hard for mature people to get in and out. The entertainment was not very good and the childrens cub seamed to take over the concert room even though they have a club down stairs.
