I thought the hotel was overall very good value for the holiday we had. The staff were at all times excellent especially the catering and bar staff. The hotel was comfortable and in view of the weather the additional games during the day certainly made the trip more enjoyable. The standard of food was excellent and most enjoyable. The bedrooms were clean, tidy and functional. The only objection about mine was that we had paid quite a lot more for the same size of room as those on the same floor and that the difference in price for the added sea view was not really justified. I know also that a number of people complained about there being only one lift.

We enjoyed everything about the Hotel, the entertainment, the food was restuarant standard and the staff were very pleasant. The only issue we had was the position of our room. We were in the centre of the hotel and a generator was very noisy and kept us awake. Next time we go we will request a see view room, as my brother and wife had one and it was very nice.

The swimming pool was lovely, and the water nice and warm. You get shown to your table in the restaurant and it stays your table until you leave. You therefore have the same waiter. The one we had was lovely, helpful, friendly and polite. The food was fabulous with the menu changing on a daily basis.

First room we were given was extremely noisey - fans from the kitchen which were on from 5.45am to 8.00pm. After some problems we were eventually moved to a much quieter room.

Problems with the original booking - had to change rooms and paying #219.00 for two nights is expensive without this upheaval and no compensation offered for this so had to reduce our weekend down to one night. Not value for money. 20 minutes before check in and told room wasn't ready without even checking.

The bathroom in room very clean and the pool except for the toilet door. The welcome from the reception staff. The room was in the middle of the hotel view out of the window blocked by the building room 137.

The staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious & there was plenty room to unpack. The breakfast in the morning was excellent quality. As much juice & cereal as you want, with a cooked breakfast aslo served. I was also able to make use of the swimming, jaccuzzi & sauna facilities. Very nice staff. The amount I paid for my stay was a bargain. The parking - you had to block your own car into a very small car park at the front of the hotel and then leave your car keys with reception. This was a massive inconvenience. I parked my car a short 2minute walk away from the hotel.

Lovely staff. Just outside the noisy part of Blackpool. Sea view bedroom. Excellent breakfast Very small bathroom. Tatty bedroom, drawer fronts falling off. We got what we paid for, a cheaper Blackpool sea front hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms ie. Beds, bathroom, tea making facilities, excellent. The food was good. The hotel overall was perfect for my needs. The Jacuzzi in the spa. The jacuzzi should have been separated from the pool, not a part of it. As a consequence, the jacuzzi was not warm/hot as it shared the same water as the pool.

meals were very good, waitress polite and happy, entertainment !!!!! comedians very good but the singers did not sing to the audience, they had good voices but sang modern songs that most of us did not know, when they sang a medley of older songs everyone sang along then they sang a new one and the room was dead, they just need to take in what the audience wanted, we would have got up dancing if they had sung songs that were ok

The food was very good. The hotel was clean and very comfortable throughout. The car parking was very poor and totally unacceptable. To park your car and walk 500 meters in bad weather conditions with ill health is in my oppinion very poor indeed .On leaving the hotel to go to a wedding we had to make that journey three times whilst recording the registation numbers of the three cars that were blocking our exit therefore missing half of the wedding.Whilst recording the numbers on the car park we also had to to do the same for a lady with angina that was unable to make the journey back to the hotel. Butlins have much better parking. Restraunt staff, bar staff, cleaners, were all exccelent whilst the reception staff were the worst that i have come across.

The food was excellent and staff very attentive and prompt. All inclusive made it great value for money, with no waiting at the bar - staff very efficient! The entertainment on both Friday and Saturday night was top class!! Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend to friends and family. Will also return at some point in the future!. Lots of creaky floorboards and doors - what you would expect in an old building - but a little oiling may not go amiss???

The staff and the service they provide are excellent. The food is fantastic with a good choice of menu, it is a very friendly hotel and is good for all ages, we particularly like the all inclusive adult only breaks. The roms are always clean, warm and welcoming..The hotel has good facilities like the pool and tye sauna. I didnt like the fact that we have now seen the same artists over and over again , although they are very good and professional but I think the hotel need to bring on some new artists and a bit more variety, ie dancers etc. I also think that the price of a sea view room is a little bit over the top as we only had a small room and would of expected bigger for the extra £80 that I paid..

The restaurant was very well presented and organised. You were given own table and waiter for each meal. There was no pressure on time or ordering of meals. Food was very good. The waiter was very friendly and nice. The leisure facilities were not as impressive as I would have liked. You sometimes felt like you were in a maze as there were so many corridors and doors. The lift was very small so you used the stairs more.
