The room was much bigger than an average hotel room with 2 comfortable chairs and a sea view which we didn`t expect. The room was very clean and plenty of tea, coffee and milk. The food was very good indeed with plenty of choice.
The only negative would be the small bathroom but for 2 nights it was fine.
all staff friendly. all food really good evening meal worth every penny. all areas really clean. great time
Excellent friendly staff + service. Tram and Bus stop outside hotel front door. Great all you can eat breakfast. Good choice foe Dinner at night>
Children running across dancefloor whilst singer or comedian was performing( Ok I know it is a family hotel but after 9? )
wind noise through window at night, small room and bathroom, not much room in resteraunt, one lift, inconsistant prices at bar
on the first night we went to the restraunt .The food was very good.Breakfast was also very good. The service was first class. The staff were very helpful. The room was fine a bit small but very clean.
The room was very hot.we had to leave the window overall night.
the meals..quality and how fast it was served..ginger cheesecake was amazing..the pool was dimly lit which was great and just the right size.Room sevice and staff very friendly
There were children up at 11pm.abit upsetting for someresidents and myself as they wee obviosly tired and the comedien was vey good and we really enjoyed the singalong but wasted too much time talking to the kids which was felt by alot of people.
The fabulous food! What a choice and beautifully presented The friendly, helpful staff.
The poor smoking area. One person singing being the "show" for the evening. When the first half was over and it was just disco music, we watched all the older people immediately heading off to bed!
The hotel and the food and location. staff where very helpfull.
Blackpool is over priced for all it's attraction's and that is how people is staying away. They can't afford it. It's cheaper to go abroad.
Staff were friendly, hotel was comfortable and facilities were good
Some parts of the hotel were a little tired looking
Good position and size of the hotel. Food was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Only one lift for such a sizeable hotel is not acceptable. Hotel rooms very warm and difficult to cool. We were there end of September, it would be very uncomforable during warm weather. Fans were available upon request.
Everything was great relaxing comfortable hotel good food and good entertainment who could ask for more
If there was one thing we did not like was the lack of parking every car like sardines in a small space
Good location - right on promenade directly opposite tram stop. Breakfast excellent, although seating a bit chaotic. Good basic hotel.
Paid extra for seaview, but room very very small. Bathroom so narrow you had to go in sideways.
Room was large and clean. Dining room and other facilities good. Food was excellent.
We had a room on the first floor and, as we tend to go to bed early, we heard the sounds of the entertainers just below us.
parking facilities, but staff were quick to move car blocking my exit
you cant beat half bourd food really lovely
rooms can be a bit warm
Staff were very helpful. I visited with a young child and it wasn't a hassle for them to heat bottles for night feed etc.will definitely go back.
was giving room 255 next to lift been there terrible room staff gave me other room no problem
Good location facilities including pool and sauna a real pleasure.quality of food and choice excellent.
In general need of modernisation hotel front poor peeling paint etc. Some rooms dated tired decorations needs facelift.
Car parking very poor.
Good location. Breakfast good
Terrible room. Too hot. View was awful looking into 3 walls. Poor attitutude of staff when querying price we paid. Not interested at all.
Food was very good and the service was excellent. Very polite efficient staff especially Jacob our waiter.
Too many chairs in the function room. It made it very uncomfortable trying to get in and out of the table.
All nice and clean: friendly staff: food exactly to our liking: room a bit small but pleasant and warm. Lovely view over sea front worth paying the extra for.
Although the hotel advertises 'car parking', if busy a car park space is not guaranteed. Take the car out at a busy time and there could be major problems in finding a gap anywhere close. Nearest public car park £12 per night!
nice comfortable bedroom, excellent food
it was all good
It was a nice hotel but it was full of alot of mature, older people. My partner and I felt like complete outsiders. The whole parking was a fiasco too. There isnt enough parking out front of hotel so had to park my car in the overflow carpark which isnt secure and i did not feel happy about leaving my car there. Also the price was totally overpriced for the room we recieved. I paid 170 and our room was tiny. Was ridiculous. Will not be staying again
The Claremont is in an ideal position for the trams and buses . The staff are friendly .the food is good and we enjoyed the entertainment.
