Good evening entertainment I assumed I could add drinks on my card was told I should have asked !!! I had to go to reception to register my card .My partner had to pay cash for the wne to be left at my table whilst I was registerin !! |

The breakfast was good We thought that the room was below average and looked nothing like the one on the website it was very old fashioned. The bed was like a water bed it moved that much! The hotel was very warm, the dinning room was one of the darkest I've ever been in again it was in need of some updating. We did not think that it was value for money as it was very shabby througout. |

The evening meal wasn't very good, small portions, the place needed a good spring clean, nowhere whatsoever to park except pay and display at a cost of £12 for 24 hours, and if you want extra tea and coffee in your room it will cost you 50p for each one (outrageous) |

Most of the staff were very good had evening meal and was very inpressed with service times and most of the staff,hotel was quite old but well looked after and enjoyed the stay,would stop there again. |

Rude and ignorant employees. Noise from room above during midnight and four thirty in morning, occurred on two consecutive mornings. Compere and comedian were rubbish. Smokers in entrance to hotel again. |

The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was very good but everyone that seemed to be staying in this hotel were over 60 years of age, I am 27 and my fiance is 35 and there was one else in the hotel close to our own ages. Please write at least 15 words The corridors are very narrow only one person can wlk down them at one time, I feel if there was a fire you would never get out as it is a big hotel and a lot of people staying there |
