toilets in rooms very small it would be better if shower only in thoes rooms because people like me cant always get in and out of baths also the stail smell in the adams ballroom was a bit of putting of

Very good value for money, all staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was clean and the food was a good as any expensive restaurant. Talking to other guests they all said they would return.

The food was exceptionally good. The staff where very friendy.

We stayed on the fourth floor and it was difficult to use the lift as it did not go up to that floor so we permanently went up and down every floor. In the end we walked.

The entertainment room was rather small and pehaps if I was being very picky the place looks tired and needs a paint /tidy up

All inclusive worked well as you knew roughly how much you had to spend. Night entertainment and food was brilliant. The staff were hard working and friendly.

We asked for a room with a s ea view which we had last year. For the same price we were not given the bay fronted windows and the room was much more dark and smaller. The bathroom was very small so this we were disappointed in.

The weather wasn't good but didn't need to leave the hotel,entertainment was on throughout the day.three meals were included in the all inclusive week. Staff were excellent and very helpful even though they worked long hours and wore several hats they were always cheerful, this was not my first visit and won't be my last. Thank you Claremont for a fantastic week.

had a lovely relaxing weekend, the food was excellent and the staff were all pleasant, our room was clean and comfy. the all inclusive deal was good value. would certainly be visiting this hotel again next year.

The view from our room was non exsistent, we didn't pay extra for a sea view but did expect to see something even if it was overlooking a back street, we had a back yard which was under polycarbonate covering. felt a bit clostuphobic.

great value for money and the food is really excellant.well presented and the waiter service was second to non..young emma looked after us all weekend.she had a 24/7 smile what an asset she must be to your hotel.next time were bringing the grandchildren.the children that was here at the weekend seemed to have enjoyed themselves with your animation team.yet again well done.

Excellent value for money,all staff were friendly,polite and very efficient.I could not fault the hotel or services provided and will definately come back again.

Some noisy and disruptive children in the evening when the artists were on however this was due to inconsiderate parents but everything else was perfect.
