“ From the moment that you arrive you are made to feel so welcome. Margi and Graham will go out of their way to ensure that your requests are honoured. They are very knowledgeable and will always offer suggestions or recommendations. Rooms are very comfortable and have all the 'little things' you need. Breakfasts are fantastic! :-) Location is about 10 min walk downhill to beach and shops / old village. ”

As a b and b you wont find better clean, good breakfast, helpful,margi is a great host cant do more for you works very hard to make your stay a home from home The 4 oclock check in is a bit late lucky for us they were in so checked us in a bit early as we were soaked from the rain but gathered this was just luck not the norm.as working couple here for a break the 8 30 0r 9 15 breakfast slots even on a sunday was a bit early

I and my sister appreciated the hospitality and genuiene friendliness of the propieters also the general cleanliness of the guest house was very pleasing. There was more than adquate supply of tea, coffee ect.

Very friendly management. Excellent breakfast with choices, taken in a tastefully furnished dining room. The bedroom was comfortable but rather on the small side with no view except the neighbours roof.

Very clean well decorated and equiped rooms.Good location. A selection of first class breakfasts well prepared, cooked and presented. Greame and Margi are both super people and were very helpful during our stay. If we visit the sle of Wight in the future we would definitely return to Clarence House.
