Score from 316 reviews Good
Very dated and shabby beyond words . Poor décor which should have been updated years ago and the bed is the most uncomfortable and noisy bed we have ever slept in and also the bathroom was disgusting and we didn't use .
Food was good, staff excellent and environment clean.
Location, views, staff
Bit noisy in the night with people going from room to room an slamming doors
Brilliant location , right on the sea front. Friendly & helpful staff.
Room was bit cramped. And there was no ventilation.
Location of hotel was fantastic and the staff were faultless.
The room was very small and the floors slopped which meant the bed was slipping backwards.
Location, view, classy old character
Lovely hotel clean good value for money would return.
Position Breakfast Friendly staff
Room very cramped. (were quoted Classic room, actually given Compact room) Windows very draughty.
This accommodation had the charm of an old-fashioned B&B but modern amenities. The en suite bathroom was as up to date as the views in every direction were stunning. The owners were hugely helpful and the breakfast, delicious. We hope to return!
small rooms and bathroom
I just needed a base. Staff were lovely. Rooms a little odd but very clean. Didn't eat at hotel but did smell nice. Would stay again. Nice beer garden to rear but didn't find till last hour.. shame.. its well established garden but not promoted. Could be a big bonus for the hotel.
Slow lifts & the bar needs a re-shuffle & a little lightening up and a bit of love.. nothing more.. nothing less.
Very old needs updating
All very good no faults
The location was good and the staff friendly.
The room was very small and old fashioned. The beds were like rocks and very uncomfortable,(one was even broken in the middle),The shower wasn`t working-it was either boiling hot or cold! and the only sink was in the bedroom so didn't have any privacy. The food also wasn`t up to much,it was like a warmed up ready meal.
Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The location was fantastic. Spectacular views over the sea. Clean rooms Good breakfast. Great value for money. Definitely recommend this hotel and definitely will stay there again.
Parking was 100 metres away on a public car park, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Difficult to park in Tenby.
Location and sea view good, friendly staff, room size good.
Interior very dated, booked double bed but got two singles pushed togeather, shower very weak, coffee/tea selection in room not great, beds quite hard and uncomfortable.
views from front of hotel stunning. close to amenities bar open in day entertainment at night
not being able to park closer to hotel would have preferred more choice for breakfast i.e. cereals, fruit, nuts and yoghurt .( Dont always like cooked breakfast.) This part of breakfast would be great as self service
Will be coming again soon
location is excellent, staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms were amazingly clean
the bathroom unfortunately was like something from a seventies caravan holiday... I wouldn't book again unless I knew I was getting one of the nicer bathrooms!
Poor service at breakfast as all attention was given to coach parties
Location was ideal, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served by really lovely people, cheerful and accommodating.
Didn't realise dogs were allowed in hotel and had we known would probably not have booked as I have an allergy to fur but having said that found no problem so cleanliness was excellent.
Our hotel room was absolutely fantastic, room was spotless. Staff was helpfull, very pleasant, nothing was to much for them.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Excellent view, ideally located, happy hour (hours), live entertainment
Can be a little noisy with doors banging and people coming back at all hours but nothing too major
