The welcome by staff,the comfort, the spaciousness and the location
Excellent location within 2 minutes walk from Green Park station. Nearby shops such as Tesco Express and M&S Food. Green Park is just next door which is excellent to wind-down after hectic sightseeing trips. The apartment manager Victor was very helpful in getting us early check-in and booking a taxi to Heathrow for our flight back home.
On-going construction in front of the apartment which is very noisy during the day. Since Sept 2015 is still very warm, we need to open the windows to let cool breeze comes in. However, the construction noise are unbearable. Not sure when it will be done though.
Location was amazing. 2 mins from tube station which was only 2 stops to Euston. 5 min walk to the palace and round the corner from the nightclub Mahiki where we had planned to go. Excellent value for money. Everything you need in the apartment. Can't fault it! Will be returning!

Kitchen was small and not set up for cooking meals washing machine did not finish cycle and construction site next door.
I liked the location of the appartment, very central and convenient. Maria was fantastic when checking us in and very helpful!
I would of liked it if a landry service was provided. The wifi was was patchy throughout our stay and I would recommend that the taps are upgraded to dual function for hot and cold in the bathroom and kitchen.
The staff were friendly and helpful The location was excellent All the rooms were good sized Great value for money. Will definitely be staying again.
The noise from the construction going on directly opposite the apartment (even though this is probably beyond the control of the apartment managers)

The staff was very helpful especially Victor the apartment manager. The apartment was clean, safe and comfortable. It was an excellent location close to transportation and within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants and pubs. Great reviews from this mom and her three teenage children.
We received a very warm welcome from the house manager Victor who kindly looked after our luggage both at the beginning and end of our stay. Our flight times meant that we needed our luggage stored and Victor was more than accommodating. The location is unbeatable, close to all the major attractions and surrounded by good cafés and restaurants.
The House Manager was very professional and keen to provide good service. Two keys to apartment Apartments are serviced between 0930 - 1430 Mon-Fri. Location; Green Park Subway is 180m away, Mayfair Tescos is 80m down Clarges Street on the corner, Excellent Caffe Nero 90m, Shepherd Market with excellent eating is 130m, The Burger and Lobster two doors down, Easy walking distance of Green Park and Bukingham Palace Gardens. Electronic safe in main bedroom. Good hot shower with recently installed hot water system. Small balcony with chairs at the back of the apartment.
No A/C - this maybe common in UK apartments, you open a window if you want air but I wouldn’t like to be here midsummer. However two portable fans are supplied. Bedrooms are pokey and stuffy. Main bedroom had no bed heads to put things on (see photo). The shower seemed recently upgraded but took me a few days to work out. It’s set to go but we had to turn the hot and cold bath taps on, then turn a tap on at the hand basin for the shower flow to start. The house manager said this was not normal and would look into it. Cost; by far the most expensive of our accommodation but you get what you pay for. Minimum stay of five nights cost £1380 (US $2310)

The location was terrific, with just a one minute walk to Piccadilly St. and a three minute walk to Green Park subway station. Park Lane Apartments is within walking distance of many popular sites and shopping areas. Apartment #32 has two bedrooms and a spacious living room that has a foldout sofa bed. The managers were very helpful and took care of things that were brought to their attention.
The furnishings were a bit sparse; a few more pieces of art and other decoration would make the apartment more welcoming. If you are not European, be sure to ask for instructions as to operating the washer/dryer (it doesn't really dry) and the microwave. North American electronics are quite different, so you may find yourself a bit frustrated while trying to navigate the mentioned machinery without instruction. You don't hear much noise from other apartments, but the current construction taking place across the street makes for some noisy daytime hours. We spent most of our days off enjoying the bounty of London, so this wasn't a big issue for us.
We were actually upgraded to the Shaw house property which was incredible. Our flight was delayed way over check in time of 9 pm. The manager, Victor, dutifully called me and attended to us despite all the delays. I would like to commend him most especially for being patient and professional.
Very minor things like some cabinets would not close very well, but I understand the property is in the middle of doing repairs anyway. On the whole, I would rate the experience a 9/10.

Staff (especally Maria) very helpful. Good security. TV. Furniture. Good room service.
Bathroom: plumbing problem in shower, door would not lock, extractor fan not working. Construction work opposite very noisy.

The location was superb. Easy walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Regent and Oxford Street, Green Park tube station. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as supermarket, pharmacy. The house manager was excellent - took our washing and returned it clean and dry after the machine in apartment didn't work. He helped in any way he could and even paid for our taxi to the train station when we left.
The best location in London, close to everything ie grocery store, oxford st, west end ,bukingham. Excellentcustomer service thanks to Maria for making our stay in your property more enjoyable. Will definitely recommend this property
The apartment is spacious and the facilities are very good and functional. It is an ideal home away from home.
The quality of wi-fi was not good. We had epileptic connection.
