Location....200 metres to Green Park tube ( & Henry's) & wonderfully quiet by night
Old, tired decor, cramped kitchen area, too much kitchen in fact. Some areas in bathroom very grubby,dirty silicon, etc
The location is great.
The bathroom and the corridor need renovation. I checked out at night and had to pay an extra, but the hotel manager was very kind.
Good location for getting about
Comfort, size, cleanliness, facilities, very friendly staff and location
that there was no linen change every alternate day.. Would have preferred atleast face towels to be changed everyday if not bathing towels

The apartment had a comfortable and light airy feeling and great facilities. Good assortment of restaurants close by or you could buy your own groceries which also were also very close by. Good access to trains.
Very private, well-located, roomy bathroom, kitchen and sitting-room with very comfortable couch, close to a Tesco (and my meetings), central London, and great for Rolls Royce spotting!
Bed was very uncomfortable, room was small with very little closet space. There was construction going on across the road, which is a temporary issue, but something to be aware of. You couldn't hear it in the room though. Wifi didn't work on the night I needed it the most.
Booked over a weekend. Found out no cleaning services over weekends. So we did not have any cleaning service during our 3 days stay.
We couldn't ask for a better location within walking distance to Green Park station, Buckingham Palace, Shepherd's Market with cute restaurants and pubs, and just steps away from Burgers and Lobster! The apartment was updated, clean and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Perfect place for our college reunion.

The staff was truly amazing to deal with. I was traveling with my wife and two children celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary. I had requested the staff through booking.com to prepare a surprise for my wife (cake and flowers). They had done it perfectly. In fact, I was facinated that they actualy called me on my foreign phone to explain what they were going to do. They were nice enough to pay for everything from their own sources allowing me to pay latter when I reached the premasis. This is just an example of their true hospitality and care. I personally thank Maria Silva and the House Manager for their help. On another note, you can walk to all major attractions from the apartments. Buckingham Palace is only 10 min. away by foot and Hyde Park is just a few minutes away. Lovely restaurants are around the corner in Shephard Market. Once again, thank you all for your hospitality and I'll surely visit again

Noise from the construction in the street
The apartment lived up to what we saw in the photos. The position of this place could not be better, you can walk to almost everywhere. Tube and groceries are only 1 to 2 minutes walk away.

Fabulous location, lots of room, elevator, very spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunate timing for us. Noisy building site directly opposite, water leak in the bathroom ceiling and an issue with WiFi signal strength. Hosts very apologetic. Loved the place!
locatıon is great,hyde park,buckıngham palace and san james just 5-6 mınutes by walk.thıs street quıte and very decent.supermarkets very close.ı cook all meal easıly.tv and wı fi superb.
Excellent location within 2 minutes walk from Green Park station. Nearby shops such as Tesco Express and M&S Food. Green Park is just next door which is excellent to wind-down after hectic sightseeing trips. The apartment manager Victor was very helpful in getting us early check-in and booking a taxi to Heathrow for our flight back home.
On-going construction in front of the apartment which is very noisy during the day. Since Sept 2015 is still very warm, we need to open the windows to let cool breeze comes in. However, the construction noise are unbearable. Not sure when it will be done though.
Location was amazing. 2 mins from tube station which was only 2 stops to Euston. 5 min walk to the palace and round the corner from the nightclub Mahiki where we had planned to go. Excellent value for money. Everything you need in the apartment. Can't fault it! Will be returning!

Location was very good
Kitchen was small and not set up for cooking meals washing machine did not finish cycle and construction site next door.
I liked the location of the appartment, very central and convenient. Maria was fantastic when checking us in and very helpful!
I would of liked it if a landry service was provided. The wifi was was patchy throughout our stay and I would recommend that the taps are upgraded to dual function for hot and cold in the bathroom and kitchen.
The staff were friendly and helpful The location was excellent All the rooms were good sized Great value for money. Will definitely be staying again.
