Pure luxury,staff wonderful,beautiful hotel in great central location, afternoon tea the best ever, for quality of food and attentive service.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Very welcoming. Made to feel at home. Not the sterile environment of normal hotels. Definitely something special.

Errors on the bill. Charged for additional bottle of Champagne in the room and additional gin and tonic in the bar. Very confusing and not something I would have expected from this hotel. Plus point - this was rectified when raised.

We had a brillant time the staff were great and very attentive, we were there for our 23rd wedding aniversary

Excellent service from every member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were made to feel very welcome.

The hotel is historic and luxurious with the most attentive staff I have ever come across. The bedrooms are gorgeous and spacious. The foyer and reading room has excellent menus for dining and the afternoon tea must not be missed. There is a small but cosy Bar with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Avoid the Gordon Ramsay restaurant, over priced, dingy and no dress code, very scruffy men in jeans and crumpled shirts allowed in, and the menu is extremely limited and overpriced with a poor, yet overly expensive, wine selection.

Feeling of being special and pampered. The concierge service throughout was amazing.

Radiator fitting in bathroom was broken rusty and not working. Permanently turned on so room was far too hot without being able to adjust it. Left broken fitting on floor by radiator but when room had been serviced during the day the broken fitting had just been placed on top of the pipe again so to look okay, even though we knew it was broken. If it fell off again someone could easily trip / fall and hurt themselves.

The level and standard of service, the quality of the food and drinks, the decor of both the room and the hotel generally, seats in the lifts!

The musty smell in the room, which I didn't mention to the hotel, but I wish I had!

My husband and I celebrated our grand daughters 15th birthday at Claridges We had a marvelous time and loved your hotel. The staff was terrific, especially we enjoyed the young waiter in the restaurant who served us breakfast and lunch. We'll be back and will recommend Claridges to others

My room was not ready on arrival at 4.30 pm .not something i'd of expected at £450 per night

There is nothing not to like

Everyone made us feel like royalty Perfect stay from the second we arrived at the front door. Best two days of my life.

There is nothing we didn't like,

All hotel employees we encountered had exemplary customer service. Greg, met us at reception, was incredibly thorough, professional, polite, and offered a glass of champagne on our arrival.

There were a couple of visible extension cables on either side of the bed. Otherwise the room was excellent.

Amazing attention to detail. Nothing too much trouble. Staff exceptional. Doormen were very attentive to my elderly mother who had mobility problems

It cost £11 to get some milk delivered to the room for tea and coffee making facilities previously booked for the room

Room was cold. Radiators luke warm. Afternoon Tea choice of food dissapointing.

First time at this hotel having states in numerous in London. Would always stay here now , absolutely faultless !

Friendliness of staff and the attention of Mr Ian Kidd

Absolutely wonderful from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. Beautiful room, professional yet very friendly staff who really could not do enough for you. The breakfast was outstanding and even though we had it in our room it was still piping hot. Cannot fault it in any way.
