Close to Oxford street and Bond street underground station, Room wideness and facilities were good,Staff of the hotel were friendly and polite and cooperative.I would choose this hotel again. Bathroomtub was high, moving in and out was difficult for me,the electricity main supply was under the bedhead,moving on the bed used to put the mainswitch off,I moved the bed down a little, then it didnt reoccur. |

It was near to famous shopping and attractive places such as Oxford St. and Haydpark the hotel furniture and building were old. I did not like the room furniture at all especially cabinets |

I wish all hotels were like Claridge's. The facility is lovely, the rooms are fabulous, and the staff are extremely helpful. Their response to a special request was 'no problem' which simpliflied my trip a great deal. I wish I could have stayed longer. |

Decor and ambience. Very friendly and relaxing. Breakfast service was appalling (Sunday morning). When checking in, we were gently encouraged to take breakfast in our room. The staff obviously know they have a capacity/service problem. We were asked to wait 10 minutes, eventually shown to our table and then ignored. |

Chi è alla di relax e lusso sarà certamente accontentato. Servizio impeccabile, personale gentile ed efficiente, stanza adeguata al prezzo e pulizia ai massimi livelli. Ottima la posizione strategica per chi vuol fare shopping nelle vie più esclusice della capitale. Vicinanza alla metropolitana per i tragitti più lunghi. Unica pecca: i tempi di attesa per la colazione. Sala molto bella ma troppo piccola: è improponibile dover attendere ogni giorno fino a 15 minuti in piedi che si liberi un posto. Unica soluzione: farsi servire la (eccellente) colazione in camera. |
