Staff where friendly and polite and helpful.
Mattress could of been a bit softer.
If you have a room at the front of the hotel you can hear 5he noise from the road. Also the bed was so uncomfortable I could not sleep. Will not be staying there again
The staff are pleasant and accommodating, the king room was comfortable and well decorated and the bathroom was small but modern. The price included a full English breakfast, Wi-Fi and secure car parking and overall good value for money. I would stay here again.
Nothing - good value for money and I would recommend a stay in the king-bed rooms
We had a fab time the room.was comfortable and we had a warm welcome. The staff are very polite and the hotel as a whole was well presented and pleasure to be in
Nothing I was happy with my stay.
Can control heating, super spotless, stylish comfortable great parking facilities
Wifi not free
The room was very comfortable
The tv did not work due to faulty Ariel, when asked for it to be changed the gentleman came at an inconvenient time and said he could not come back until the next day which unfortunately I was due to check out so no tv throughout the stay
Needed a sleep due to a long day.
Broken furniture in room, dirty, scratched bath. No emergency toothbrush/ paste at reception. At 10:15 being rushed to get on with breakfast, when closing was 10:30. In my books you stay serviced until about 11
Location and friendliness of staff
Staff at reception were exceptional.
The bed was so comfortable , shower fantastic , spotless
Everything was good!
The hotel is in a good location, just a 10 minute walk to the town and just 2 minutes away from T.G.I Friday's. The bed was comfy and the room had some good facilities, like a mini fridge, safe, good wardrobe space and is clean. Good value for money.
Few things I believe could be improved on. We had no remote control when we got to the room, but was easily resolved. Not the best view out of the window because of building work. The room was so hot! We turned all the radiators off and even the towel rail and still couldn't get cool. The hotel was quite noisy downstairs in the bar area and you could hear people really late at night coming back off the town. I suppose you get what you pay for, however I wouldn't recommend to families. Not very safe for children and a little bit rowdy.
A nice large twin room lovely comfortable bed. Good car parking spaces. Excellent value for money.
The bathroom needed up dating and a very good clean. The television had a very poor picture. It was very hot in the room even for winter had the windows open all night.
The location & the beds. Good size room off two
That the heating wasn't working it was cold for 4/5 hours & booked us in the wrong room & no docking station was actually in the rooms.
Stayed in a twin room and i loved it comfortable and spacious. Fully catered for with tea and coffee A robe to put on after shower lovely. Only thing missing is slippers.
Tried to open window in morning but found one window handle was hanging off. The other thing l hate full cream milk cannot you not put semi skimmed in rooms
waiting 2 hours for cold main corse no red wine left at 8pm small dance floor cold breakfast
The room and room facilities were great!
Room was suffient & fairly comfortable. the ease of getting in to the city centre was great.
I requested a bottle of presecco upon arrival, didn't get it, not even a mention. Breakfast was cold & only1 waitress looking after all guests. room looked tired with black scuff marks & spilt drink marks on walls. curtains looked like they had been screwed up before hanging. Attention to detail poor,
Check out was simple.
The hotel could not meet my request for an early check in or late check out...which came at a cost of £10 per additional hour! The hotel was very dirty and unkept. The room was adequate but did not meet expectations. The room was way over priced. The bedding was ripped and stained. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.
The party in the banqueting suite was awful had to wait far to long for our food breakfast we asked twice for tea still didn't get any couldn't have bath water wasn't hot enough !
Huge bed, nice bathroom. Booked very far in advance so got a good rate. Fridge in room was good. Good size. Very clean and comfortable.
Lots of very 'springy' doors in the corridor so constantly slamming doors all night. Trendy shower head handing so low I stifled to get underneath it..I'm 5ft 2inch No breakfast included with is shameful and stingy for an expensive hotel.
Could not shower as no hot water when required. Food quality poor. Ran out of Orange Juice at breakfast. Scrambled Egg on Toast - bread not toasted!!
Ideal location for meeting my friends. Decent shower, spacious room.
There were just a few little touches that needed to be addressed - an empty tissue box, blown bulb in the bathroom, perhaps a colourful runner on the bed.... And I had to find the big towels in the cupboard.
