Friendly staff, nice continental breakfast, clean, well situated
small room, hot but the fan kept it cool and did not keep us awake. coffee maker was a domestic one and was slow and coffee was just warm
would have liked a small lounge with chairs or at least a chair in the bedroom Nowhere to sit down not even a bench outside
Great location, excellent friendly staff, good value for money.
Small room but expected it in London for the location.
This hotel was great value for the money paid. It's in a good location with tube and bus services nearby. The bedrooms have limited space but enough for a small family to use as a base for a trip to London. The staff were friendly and always on hand to offer help with directions and attractions.
The breakfast was limited with no options for people with good allergies. There is no bar in this hotel.
I had a double which was compact, but ok for just me. Could be a bit cramped for two. But value for money, clean, good breakfast, staff helpful.
Bathroom was just a cupboard, compact! But shower was good. It did everything needed to.
What I realy like about this place the location. It is very close Paddington Train station which is central station in London. Plus one of the biggest bus tour in London Big Bus tour has a bus stop just 5 min walk to the hotel. The breakfast was realy good.
The room I stayed was on the 4th floor it is realy hot there in summer it is realy uncomfortable. There should be AC in the room. The brakefast place is so tiny you may have to wait for a table.
Breakfast choice Location Price Room size and comfort
On site parking expensive. Don't pay to park
The cleaning wasn't that good there were hair in the bed and the bathroom
The location of the hotel is very good close to paddington station and it is easily accessible by bus
The single room I occupied was extremely tiny I couldn't move in it and it was in the fourth floor with no elevator
Location Price wifi
stairs to 4th floor very warm room! Soft bed
The location is perfect, quiet and very highly maintained. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
Proximity to Paddington Rail & Tube Station was excellent. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Shower was always hot with plenty of power (a big +). Breakfast was decent with pleasant helpful staff
Room was really tight in size (but we knew that before we stayed).
The room design Location Breakfast
Comfort of the bed Variety of breakfast
Small room No hot water Stairs
Cleanliness and comfortable bed.
No lift, too many stairs. Very less space and a very small window made us feel suffocated. It was very Difficult to move around the room too.
Friendly staff, good choice for breakfast. Rooms a little warm but fan was provided.
The staff are very helpful and polite. I dont mind to book the same hotel in the near future. Keep it up
There is none. Nothing to complain
Location, and friendliness/helpfulness of staff
Not a lot of space in the bedroom to walk around, and also there wasn't a great choice of breakfast, however if you enjoy cupcakes for your breakfast this is the place for you.
Comfiest bed in London! Great location very close to Paddington and Edgeware Rd. Compact by lovely room with own modern bathroom, very good size shower. Exceedingly comfy bed, slept very well,no street noise. Friendly helpful receptionist. Good value for money.
Was in the attic so lots of stairs to climb.
Access to tube and restaurants close by
Squeaky floor boards
1st, my payment was taken out of my Visa account before we even left on our holiday. I had booked a room for two with 2 single beds, however when we arrived I was offered a room for 3 or a room for 2 in the basement. My self being a senior with my 16 yr old granddaughter did not want a room in the basement, therefore we took the room for 3. We were then told we could only have that room for two nights and then would be moved to a room with two single beds. This room was supposed to be on the 3rd floor, which was in fact on the 4th floor and so small you could hardly turn around with an extremely small bathroom. The breakfast area is in the basement. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING.
Pleasant staff,close to Paddington station.
Tired and shabby decor, tiny shower room which was covered in mould.Breakfast quality was very poor. i dont think they clean under the beds very often as they were very dusty with odd things that guests have dropped.
Rooms a bit small , beds nice and comfy, will stay again, and 300 yards from train station not 100 :)
Last minute booking made for this hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised of the quality and cleanliness f the hotel considering the excellent value for money. The included breakfast was also of a very hight standard. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for central location, cleanliness in hotel with helpful friendly staff.
The room was on the small side which I knew about before booking
