The decor was very pleasent and well spaced out giving guests plenty of space slightly disapointing about breakfast I had to wait quite a while for eggs so by the time they came the rest of it was tepid , while the toast / toaster arrangements need looking into too many people not enough toasters otherwise ok |

Clean and warm. Staff polite The guest's that attended a wedding in the day were very rude to other guest and staff in the evening.No action was taken at the time to resolve.Ruinend our weekend, management should have done more to protect night staff and other patrons. |

Spa and pool good and fairly quiet. Food in both Brasserie and Vespers was excellent, but quite expensive. The hotel is primarily used by businessmen and the rooms are geared up for one person, not two. We had to ask for a second bathrobe, and everyday we had to request extra towels and toiletries, despite being assured by the Duty Manager that these would be supplied . Receptionists very off-hand. We did not feel that we received the service we would expect from a 4 star hotel. |

location to local town, easily accessible to local and motorway roads. excellent value for money. restaurant and kitchen staff had poor english making communication difficult. both times stayed food order from bar made incorrectly as a result and ordering eggs on request as invited to do so in the morning was a bit of a challenge but got there in the end. lovely and friendly even if we couldn't fully understand one another!! |

The hotel is very nice and the staff are there for your every need.The only problem was the room it's self. I booked the ambassador room,thinking it would be a nice romantic night for me and my partner.The problem was that the room was no better than any other,there was wallpaper coming off the wall and the sheets smelt. I wouldn't suggest paying full price for that room. |

Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a well-lit dressing table. The bathroom had a separate shower cubicle and did not steam up after two of us had showered. Toiletries were parsimonious, as was the tea tray. There were no bottles of water provided - the Hilton provides 2 free bottles daily! There was only one bathrobe even though 2 of us were staying in the room. |
