The beds Size of the rooms The stairs and carpets dangerous The shower small The dinning area only caters for 10 .the hotel can accommodate up 40 guest Wifi very poor
It is close to every place we wanted to see
The bed against the wall pain getting in and out
So close to paddington station and ideal as just outside congestion zone too. Comfortable nights sleep.
It wasn't very clean. Stairway & hall hadn't been hoovered for a while! Water marks etc on chrome in bathroom. Outdated bedding. My Nan's are more trendy than that! Door to balcony wouldn't shut properly! Balcony was covered in cigarette butts!! How hard is it to at least supply smokers with an ashtray or sand bucket! But we got it for a reduced price when we booked so that's good! Wouldn't EVER pay full price to stay here.
Friendly and courteous staff; Location was ideal as one Oxford Street is at a distance of 10- 15 minutes walk;
Bathrooms are too small
Everthing was existed
Location is perfect. Parking (15£) on site and cetral London very near.
Difficult to move around the bed as no room, bath room so small that the size of the wash basin necessarilly is that of a puppet house. Although the breakfast is good, the breakfast room is is tiny with very small and crowded tables.
Staff were very helpful. location was good, close to everything
Stairs were steep, in hindsight I should have requested a room on the ground floor
Location, staff very friendly. Breakfast was very nice although not full english we had scrambled egg, boiled and beans all hot. Plenty of warm toast on request and warm drinks.
The stairs down to breakfast and up to our room. Suffering with arthritus this I found difficult to access.
Room on first floor so fact there is no lift not a problem. Good breakfast included in room rate. Good value in an overpriced city
Good size clean room with en suite, friendly staff, excellent price.
Had to ring doorbell to access hotel when I got back at 4am, poor bloke. A front door key would be better!
The location of the hotel
The toilet was too small for an adult.
Location was great.
The breakfast wasn't really any good. No bacon or sausages offered, small room to sit in, and hard to get hold of cold juice.
Nothing disgusting expensive place!!!
Everything, expensive, breakfast wouldn't feed to my dog had to eat elsewhere!! Rooms small uncomfortable and smell, very dated, got charged for parking when I had to park down the road and not even outside the hotel I booked to stay in, absolute nightmare horrible , most expensive place I have ever been charged to stay in, for not a lot!!
Friendly and helpful staff and cavery was great! Good value for money in a good location
Walking distance to Hyde Park, Harrods, restaurants, and Paddington Station. Adequate breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Tiny rooms but efficient. Steep stairs with no lift. Accessibility limited due to ongoing construction in the area.
Location tidy clean room
Breakfast was not available at 07.30
Comfort of the bed and variety in the breakfast
Very close to Paddington train and tube station. Good breakfast. Clean room.
No lift, which wasn't a problem, but would have been nice to know before arrival. Room small but adequate for solo traveller not spending much time in the room.
staff was very rude and the looks from them was not welcoming at all felt like am in the wrong place. noise was crazy from other residents, no sound isolation whatsoever. en-suite bathroom was sooo tiny we hardly could move. please do your self a faver and add 10 pounds for 10000 times better place.
Convenience for the tube and the price. Plenty of grub at the continental breakfast.
On first arrival no English speaking staff could be found. The room was cramped, the basin badly cracked and floor has an interesting slope to it.
The staff were very helpful, the hotel is situated a short distance from the tube, traine line and bus stop very easy to get into central London. The rooms were ample for the type of trip, En suite facilities were good Excellent value
The dining room was very small and our family were not able to sit together due to the size of the dining room and layout. The menu was strange however I fully understand it is hard to cater for all tastes However over all it was not something that would prevent me staying there again.
Comfy beds. Quiet sleep. Good room facilities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good location for Oxford St.
Had to climb stairs to 2nd floor, but that was ok as the value for money outweighed this. I knew there would be stairs so not an unexpected shock.
Breakfast was good, good value for money, good location.
Nowhere to relax except in room. Not sure if good value for money as we don't normally stay in hotels in London.
Excellent location for Paddington and Oxford Street. Room for 2 adults and 2 children small but comfortable and clean for a short 2 night.
The breakfast room was very disappointing. It was extremely small. There were 2 other families eating at the same time as us and only 2 people could comfortably help themselves to breakfast at anytime. We ate breakfast out on our second morning.
