Classic Hotel  

We had a fantastic experience, Parking was immediately outside the hotel, tube was a two minute walk away, Staff were amazing, room was immaculate and very very clean, would rate this hotel very highly and will be certain to book here again for our next visit.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, looks like it's been recently freshened up (paint, carpets, bathrooms)

Room and facilities were clean and updated. Close to Paddington Station and near lots of small restaurants and pubs.

Room was tiny! Just a little bigger than a double bed. No place to even hang things up - couldn't even hang my coat when I came into the room in the evening. At $180.00, I really expected a bit more. Also some problems with the plumbing the bath. Bad smell coming up from the drain.

The location of this hotel is ideal for shopping and sightseeing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room small but clean and well designed bathroom. Parking was a plus.

The Breakfast room was cramped and not particularly welcoming but the breakfast was very reasonable for the cost.

5 min walk to the Paddington tube station. Nice & quiet area, feels safe. One of the staff members is particularly polite, smiling and helpful.

Room too small but I noticed this is the norm in London accommodation for this price range. Bed mattress would "roam", there was no stable mechanism to actually be able to rely on the bedside while watching TV.

The location was great for my buisness trip. Staff were excellent, I was on the top Floor but they carried my case for me. Room was clean and modern ! Bed was comfortable room small but adequate .

My only problem was the shower was quite slow and not very powerful, This may have been the pressure not being able to reach the top floor ! The bathroom however was very modern.

The hotel on the internet clearly said internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. However, the double room I was given in the basement didn't have access to the internet and once I requested for a change in room they said it was fully booked. I also recall another customer complaining about a similar thing saying the internet keeps switching off. Clearly this is disgraceful as I wanted to book a hotel that has internet access as I had some important things to sort out. I could also hear clamping footsteps from the top ceiling of people going up and down the stairs. This was rather annoying and made my stay uncomfortable. I strongly recommend anyone booking this hotel to double check with the hotel regarding these matters and when u check in always ask to see your room first before checking in. Hope this helps other people booking this hotel

Convenient location near Paddington Station. Decent b&& at a reasonable price.

Breakfast room, way too small, not enough to accommodate all the quests especially when it was a full house. Seating arrangement was poor, a total of 17 seats available and 3 of the seats are positioned in a dead corner. Otherwise, breakfast was fine.
