Great staff very friendly nothing was too much trouble great breakfast plenty of choice Will return as it was fantastic value for money
Drinks a bit pricy but that is common in hotels all over
Friendly helpful staff. Ideally located for Milford haven. Nice bar nice food.
Good all round accommodation, meals very good and good location
Welcoming staff who were also polite and efficient - nothing to much trouble. The food was very good at all times. The room, which overlooked the river, was spacious, clean and comfortable - also sported a large four poster bed! Very enjoyable stay.
Nothing to dislike except perhaps the weather could have been a little kinder- but hey it was well into December!
The Breakfast was very good value for money cooked to order and the evening meals were excellent . The staff were very friendly. And the hotel was very comfortable.
Location. Service. Comfortable room. Good breakfast choice
Wifi was slow
Good food. Good location
Having to pay upfront when arriving at the hotel [1 weeks stay.] I have never seen this before anywhere in the world, and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Very poor.
Location, evening meal and breakfast
Room was too warm but this was adjustable.
Fabulous views, food is excellent, service very friendly.
Bedroom was too hot.
Stayed in the newer part of the hotel. Room was superb, very large, huge, huge bed, wonderfully warm and equipped with all that you would need. Lovely view from the room window over the estuary/bridge.
TV could be a bit bigger as it is so far from the bed, not a criticism just a comment.
Efficient reception. Room very comfortable and clean. Will stay again when using Ferry Terminal.
Joanne at the front desk was extemely helpful
A great location with beautiful habour view. A massive and comfort bed. Great breakfast and very delicous food at the restuarant.
Nothing not to like.
Friendly staff and a good room. Quite clean. We had to leave early due to illness but they gave us a refund of one day. It has a lovely view of the bridge and river. Ask if they have a room with a view of the river.
Looks like an ex old folks home the way it is set out.
Accessibility to all of South Pembrokeshire The location of the hotel on the Cleddau
Excellent hotel in every way. I would recommend it highly to anyone thinking of accommodation in Pembroke Dock.
some of the staff were very pleasant
1. Room wasn`t ready despite being an hour after chech in time . 2. cleaning staffvery angry when confronted with dirty room . Saying how overwoprked and under paid they were . 3. No apology from any of the staff when I complained about the dirty room . 4. Room not serviced in the day until I complained 5. Breakfast was a disgrace --oily eggs , no staff to help dish up breakfast . Broken toaster . 6. dismal sitting area in the lounge . It was obviously geared for male reps and not holiday folk .
Delicious food in restaurant, value for money, served quickly , by very helpful staff.
All of it, the staff were faultless, the food was fabulous and the views from the hotel of the haven were fabulous especially the sunset. The beer was good too. I can't wait to go back again.
The size of the room excellent. The location especially the view from our room and restaurant. The helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff. The wonderful pack lunch we had instead of breakfast one morning and an excellent cooked breakfast for the second morning.
The staff were very friendly and approachable. I was very impressed with all of the staff I met, nothiing was too much trouble. The rooms were also very pleasant, however I did find the room very warm, there was no air con.
I did bang my head on the patio door opposite reception, there should be some sort of sticker on the door to prevent another accident in the future.
The friendly approach from the staff and the location.
Just about everything, have requested room oerlooking water for next time!
Had a problem trying to convert shower to bath!
