Delicious food in restaurant, value for money, served quickly , by very helpful staff.
All of it, the staff were faultless, the food was fabulous and the views from the hotel of the haven were fabulous especially the sunset. The beer was good too. I can't wait to go back again.
The size of the room excellent. The location especially the view from our room and restaurant. The helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff. The wonderful pack lunch we had instead of breakfast one morning and an excellent cooked breakfast for the second morning.
The staff were very friendly and approachable. I was very impressed with all of the staff I met, nothiing was too much trouble. The rooms were also very pleasant, however I did find the room very warm, there was no air con.
I did bang my head on the patio door opposite reception, there should be some sort of sticker on the door to prevent another accident in the future.
The friendly approach from the staff and the location.
Just about everything, have requested room oerlooking water for next time!
Had a problem trying to convert shower to bath!
Lovely views over the river and confortable rooms and beds.
room with a lovely view, friendly staff
Beautiful view over the river Easy to find and park Good base for exploring Pembrokeshire Very clean Friendly local staff
very good location
sausage at breakfast , bouncers at the disco, spent most of time smoking outside ??? ordered ice on arrival for room, didn't arrive.
All of it
I most liked the location and supportive staff. 10/10 for the staff help and kindness!
Cleanliness in many rooms is an issue because I was with a group of 17 family members with some rooms very poor and bad odours. Mattresses require an urgent upgrade because you could feel the metal springs almost piercing!
The service was excellent and staff very friendly and accommodating
The lower floor room we were in this time round was extrtemely hot and we were afraid to sleep with window open due to room's position. some of the other rooms had small opening vents in their windows which would have been ideal. Fan was noisy.
Nice views across the bridge
Room Is dated.
Bathroom. Too small and bath nearly inaccessible because of fixed screen
The bedroom was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Crisp clean sheets and a nice big bed. Lovely views over the Cleddau. No noise during the night. Very nice breakfast.
Air con in bar area very cold nobody stayed in bar more than 30mins
Friendliness of staff and quality of food
We have just returned from three days at the Cleddau Bridge Hotel. We found the hotel much better than we expected as it was classed as 3*. We have stayed in many 4* hotels that did not match the Cleddau Bridge Hotel. The hotel was bright and the staff very friendly. There were comfortable seating areas in the reception and bar, The bar and restaurant had wonderful views across the river. Our room was large and airy, well laid out with plenty of storage and with a very large and comfortable double bed. The food in the restaurant was very good and after eating in their the first night we returned every night - we usually eat out of the hotels we stay at!!! A request for a special starter for my husband was fore-filled for my husband cooked as he requested on the next two evenings - Thank you Ben. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the near future.
Would prefer a breakfast cooked on request as on the last morning my husband and I ate at different times due to the hot food running out just as he got his. I, and the people behind me, was then told we would 'just have to wait' by the waitress which could have been phrased more politely and an apology and explanation would have been better. I must add that my husband and I had already waited for the first lot of food to be cooked.
Too hot for comfort
Everything, location, food, bar, cleanliness, ambience and facilities where excellent. We also found a great pub down the hill by the water, absolutely brilliant stay, recommend the area and hotel to anyone.
Nothing not to like
Breakfast lovely even for the Veggie in our part Lovely large beds
The Bath was to small for either of us to atempt to have one
one staff member @ breakfast on the 2nd day - was more intent on completing the task she was doing and totally ignored me .. however the second and probably more senior was fantastic.. all other staff wonderful .. very friendly
Location is excellent, friendliness and facilities
as a large family group we occupied 7 rooms and some of the rooms lacked cleanliness and quality of mattresses must be addressed. However staff were very helpful and sorted my concerns out for me. If this hotel caters for pets I strongly stress this option must be removed for the sake of cleanliness.
Great staff, hotel was a good allrounder _ handy for touring etc.nearby the new Sunderland boat museum! Will stay again.
