The stay was to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We actually had our reception at the hotel in 1989 and we and family stayed overnight at that time. We had an evening meal in the restuarant which we feel was "rushed". We ordered an appertizer, starter and main course. When we received the appertizer we were told that the Chef was a little behind because there was a large party being catered for also. But we hadn't finished our appertizer and our starter turned up and that was the way it was throughout the evening. |

the overall service was good value for money spent.....our room at the end of the wing was wonderfully quiet. Parking ,outside the main entrance, should be reserved for people staying at the hotel.Due to receptions and evening visitors we had to park in a less convenient( and possibly less secure) area. |

The peace and quiet. The drinks were also very reasonably priced. It would have been nice if we could have had the bar snack menu in the evening, instead of the A la carte menu. The Ferry Inn was very nice though. |

I am afraid there was not much to like about this hotel, the travelodge down the road is much more comfortable and agreable. There was nothing to like from the poky room to the poor service and the colony of ants in the bathroom were just perfect. |

Good bathroom will radiator/towel rail easy to heat and use. Room clean and tidy with tea coffee etc provided. Liked the freestanding mirror provided a nice touch. Comfortable mattress. Good breakfast with plenty of selection. Room rather dark with low ceilings but this was a feature of modern hotels when it was built. Pillows much too hard. |

Central location for exploring Pembrokeshire, lovely view over the estuary and bridge for breakfast. Minor points, TV reception was very poor. Left to serve ourselves at breakfast. Poor vegetarian choice at evening meal. |

A Tidy hotel, Staff were generally happy to help, and quick to resolve problems. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. The stain on the bedding was off putting but the bedding was changed quickly. My request of a bottle of champagne to be in the room for our arrival was facilitated but disappointing to have the wrong bottle placed there, this again was changed when requested. The telephone in the room was not working and when reported this was not rectified. |

Good facilities and handy for Pembroke Dock. Excellent view from restaurant and bar. A modern, soulless hotel. Rooms a bit small and dark. No view from the room. |
