The hotal is situated in a good location and there is ample parking. The food was good and the menu was quite varied so should suit all tastes. The bedroom and bathroom was quite large and very clean. The reception staff were very welcoming at all times. We would not recommend this hotel when it plays host to weddings as you get sidelined when it comes to choice of dining room and bar service. The staffing levels seemed too low and this was reflected in the attitude of the bar lady and the waitress. Having prebooked the evening meal we were told that we would have to wait or get our own menus from another dining room.

Check in was very quick and simple and we were upgraded to a seaview room on arrival. Our room was very spacious and well furnished. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and had an excellent meal with good service. Breakfast was well cooked and ample and catered for most tastes. Staff were very pleasant. Stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The upgraded room we were given comanded excelent views of the estuary. Its location was very good for exploring the costal areas. The hotel had a wedding reception in the evenining . This was a very raucous affair which made a quiet drink impossible .

A reliable and pragmatic mix of facilities and caring staff...........my mother held her 90th birthday celebration there six years ago. We have stayed several times but see below Like many hotels, even some more expensive ones, they fail to check the most important feature of a hotel.......... We stay in hotels to sleep........yet the beds are uncomfortable because they are of cheap specification (a hard un-sprung base and worn mattresses). This causes back ache. We had started using a different hotel in hSverfordwest and thought the Cleddau Bridge another chance. The bed was no better than before. Just in case We took a mattress topper with us which was a help but seemed a bit absurd. (The receptionist did all she could to make sure we had a comfortable room.)

The room was very nice - it was clean and comfortable and had been recently refurbished. The breakfast was rather disappointing. Our toast was burnt and the coffee stewed. Also it was advertised on the table as having a selection of breads and pastries. We would have found it difficult to have a continental breakfast as there were no croissants or breads.

the best could be said were the views. But the staff are very friendly from this hotel you can get to most places with ease. It is tho the type of hotel for business reps to stay overnight not hoely in the evening only coplaint on the second day my wife by accident driipped a little coffee on the bed sheet. that sheet was not changed for all our stay by room service other than that no problems .Ithink you can find nicer cheaper hotels if you look

On arrival we were met by a grumpy man. He first asked us for the money for the hotel. Then told us 3 or four times this is a non smoking hotel (We did not ask or want to smoke). Eventually he gave us the key to the room and pointed accross from reception and said you will have to walk all the way around there. And what door you take to ge there we wondered. I would not put someone like this near a reception desk ( even at 1.30am). Next morning (Good Friday) we headed to the breakfast room at 7.45. 'We dont start till 8' was our greeting. Good morning to you to was our answer. The room was excellent, very comfortable bed and very clean.

Quiet. "New" rooms are excellent, must ask to be put there next time.Free wi-fi and room to work at the desk. Good bed too A tad to hot all the time, esp @ night. And you still run the risk of the bathroom being flooded when the shower is running.

Breakfast in bed was lovely. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were not able to take a bath in our room as something was wrong with the pipes and every time we were flushing the toilet or using the sink, the whole dirt and smell was coming out of the bath. It was utterly disgusting. We had a gentleman to come out twice which did not solve the problem. Once we went to the hotel restaurant for food on the Friday night, it was horrible. We both ordered chicken on the bed of leeks and cheese, it was blunt, the chicken was too dry and tasteless. Not the food we expected from such a hotel.

I stayed at the Cleddau Bridge Hotel as I wanted to be near Haverfordwest and also Pembroke. The Hotel was easy to find and there was good parking. We had a fantastic view of the the Cleddau River. The hotel was very quiet but it was January. The facilities were good and the breakfasts were substantial. The room was very clean and comfortable. an enjoyable two nights' stay.

The room was nice and big and we had a 6ft bed which was lovely and the breakfast was a good selection and the staff were accommadating and nothing was too much trouble when asked to restock food. We liked most things about the hotel but we did have a very noisy toilet and we had to cross acourtyard to get to the room so if it had been bad weather we would have got wet
