This was the second time that I've stayed at The Cleddau Bridge Hotel. The Staff were friendly and they carried out their duties efficiently. The food was excellent. |

the hotel and staff were good , but i thought the the food menu was poor for my taste and my college said the same we where there for 3 nights and struggling to find something on the menu . breakfast seemed to be slow being set up usually 10 mins beyond the set time |

a beautiful hotel ,very convient for the ferry,very comfortable ,I would recommend it to anybody for a transit stopover or as a base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside,petyer maguire |

Very polite and helpful staff. Excellent room with a lovely view of the Cleddau. Excellent service and food at breakfast. Hope to return to this hotel for a weekend break. |

The location of the hotel was great with beautiful views of the countryside. Breakfast was excellent and service very polite and efficient. The dinner was not memorable and the standard of cooking would need to be greatly improved to attract clients. |

Everthing was done as per booking, staff were helpfull and pleasent. you don't feel out of place.there was no one trying to push further products. All in all we had a good break and will book again. The water system was noisy when used by other guests. |

Good views overlooking river both from room and dining room Staff friendly but no-one seemed to go out of their way to serve you - no-one was ever at the reception desk the whole time we stayed - if you wanted anything you had to ask. |

The overall cleaniless, particulary bathroom and toilets was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a good choice of menu. The location of the hotel and the view of the Pembroke estuary, particulary from some rooms and restaurant was lovely. The room was very stuffy, even with the windows open, leading to a claustophobic feeling. The evening meal was not satisfatory with poor choice, expensive and poorly cooked. Some rooms had a very poor outlook onto a rather tatty carpark/storage area, a housing estate or were on the basement level looking up a slope. |

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. So much so, that I said it to my husband during our one night stay. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was also pretty good. I'm a vegetarian so there was lots of fruit from the buffet although would like to see something as a cooked option for a vegetarian. But thats very few and far between in any hotel. Great proximity for the ferry home which is what we needed. No, good experience all round. |

Ample car parking available. The check in procedure was quick and easy. The dinner I had in the hotel restaurant was outstanding - which was the complete opposite from the last time I stayed here. The Wi-fi signal in the room was very, very weak which made the use of my laptop quite useless. The waitresses in the restaurant, whilst very polite and efficient, could have made more eye contact when taking the orders and waiting the tables. |
