Location and views very beautiful. Service good and friendly. Food very good. Room comfortable. Lots of steps to climb. No proper shower in the room ( just a tap extension and no splash guard)

The owners were lovely and really friendly, breakfast was amazing and the conservatory was gorgeous. Setting on the hills was just idyllic - lovely area to walk on just behind the house with lots of seats to go and admire the view The rooms we stayed in had lovely bedrooms and reception area but the bathrooms were the only real sticking point - one was quite shabby and old - didn't fit in with the quality of the rest of the accommodation, and the other room only had a bath with a shower attachment and no screen - quite difficult to not get water everywhere, and I slipped on the excess water after my shower so was a bit frustrated with this. Otherwise a lovely B&B

Cracking little hotel. I had a room with fantastic views over Cheltenham and the Malverns. The couple that ran the hotel were nice people and made my stay all the more enjoyable. I stayed at the hotel as I was running an event at the Cheltenham Racecourse and this hotel was ideally suited for quick and easy access to the venue. Overall, a great family run hotel, which I felt was far more enjoyable and better value for money than some of the faceless chain hotels that I could have stayed at.

Very friendly and comfortable.Pleasant, if slightly dark, room. Great for walkers with access diirectly on to Cleeve Hill.Good breakfast and good position. We felt that it was slightly overpriced compared with other places we have stayed. Several flights of steps up from car park which we didn't anticipate. We were fine but could be difficult for anyone with more limited mobility. Lots of artificial flowers.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - my sister & brother also stayed there as we had a family celebration - we all had a lovely time & were made to feel very welcome, would recommend to anybody.... Only complaint was our bathroom needed a bit of an update, but other family members were happy with theirs.

What a lovely hotel, the views are amazing and was made to feel at home straight away. Our room was three storey's up but wow it was worth the climb, the room was extremely comfortable as was the bed. The breakfast was delightful, wish we could have stayed longer. Can definately recomend staying here and will certainly go back there again.

Lovely room with great bed. Fantastic location close to Cheltenham and Cotswolds next to a wide open spaces. Traditional and quality decor. Just remember to use the bottled water proovided if using the in room kettle, which we thought was for drinking. The tap water doesn't make for a very good cuppa.

The room we had was terrific. It had a seperate living area from the bedroom which was a real bonus. The bed was deliciously comfortable! The breakfast was lovely as was the view from the dining room. Both our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I was staying at Cleeve Hill House during Gold Cup week at Cheltenham so the prices were exceptionally high. But that is the case everywhere in and around Cheltenham during race week and in this context the prices here were not unreasonable. Cleeve Hill is a comfortable and friendly bed and breakfast hotel. The owners and staff are really friendly and cooperative and there are lots of nice touches. The full cooked breakfasts are very good and special requests are welcomed. Recommended. A lot of steps up to the hotel and not all of them totally secure. There is on-site parking but it can be tight when the hotel is full.

Excellent hospitality, great breakfast. Room 8 was gorgeous with stunning views, very comfortable and welcoming with little added touches. Would highly recommend and stay there again. Parking was a bit tight but apart from that nothing to complain about!

It was in an excellent location near to Cheltenham but with lovely views and walking on Cleeve Hill on the doorstep. It was lovely and quiet and the bedroom was very nively furnished in an old fashioned way. The bathroom was very basic and we were horrified to find the very ancient showerhead was disgusting, being ingrained with a grey gelatinous matter. We were reluctant to use it and certainly didn't put it over our faces.
