Score from 911 reviews Very good
Located in London’s West End, this Victorian town house provides free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express Terminal is a 5-minute walk away.
Score from 1505 reviews Very good
Good area, near the tube station. Quiet room at 3rd floor. Nice place to come back.
Access to lift
The staff were great and helpful. Location was also good.
Not value for cost. Lack of facilities such as dining room.
The location is very good. Easy to access to the Paddington train station, and close to 2 subway stations.
There's no dining room, therefore the breakfast is served in room. Not many options for breakfast, food is all cold.
Fairly small room
- clean and tidy - recently renovated - great location - quite
Nothing I didn't like but would be helpful if some directions from Paddington Station or the tube were included
The is an elevator, which made it much easier to get our luggage to our room. The price was reasonable when compared to some of the other (teeny, tiny) 3-star hotel rooms we have stayed at in London.
The wifi in our room did not work. We had to go to the lobby to get online and even there the connection was sometimes slow. When we told 2 of the front desk staff that we couldn't get a wifi signal in our room, they said they had been told the air conditioner may be interfering with the signal. They hadn't considered moving the router to address this problem, however. The room was quite warm despite it being Oct. and we couldn't turn on the fan on ventilation system to try to cool it down to sleep more comfortably. The walls were quite dirty in some places, especially the bathroom. The carpet was stained.
Very clean. God value for London
Woken by bin-men crashing about at 6am!! Why is this allowed in residential areas? Electric plug for kettle behind the microwave - I had to lift the microwave off it's shelf to find the plug and use it for the kettle.
Great location- 4 convenient tube stops and close to Kensington Gardens for walk through to great shopping. Room quite small but very adequate
Wifi a bit sketchy
I would have stayed in a room on upper floor and would have see the day light but it was in the basement however I slept well... Thank you very much to cleveland hotel stuff
Good location in the heart of the neighborhood. Just a seven minute walk to Bayswater station, and even shorter distance to basic shopping and local restaurants and pubs. The front desk staff were very good. We didn't see any other staff, but we were out all day every day.
The kitchen facilities in the room were in good shape, but that area is really small. It looks like a wet bar in a closet with a two burner stovetop added. We did fine, but it was a bit of a challenge to make breakfast.
Quiet location, kitchenette in room, shower amenities, ample roomsize and bed, Free Nespresso in Reception lounge
A bit (5-7 min.) of a walk from Paddington station if arriving by Heathrow Express. Furnishings rather sparse (but efficient).
Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Location super, walking distance to Paddington, Queensway and Kensington Palace Gardens.
Our basement room #8 was somewhat dark with light blocked by a large wooden box outside the window. Looked onto a tiny courtyard with a table and chairs...worried that other guests would use as a smoking area but this didn't happen.
The location is nice: just few steps from Hyde park, walking (not short yet) distance from all main attractions. Nice staff, quiet area, clean rooms, little kitchenette also is there.
The neighborhood is lovely with the hotel inserted between private row houses and apartments, across from a park. It is within walking distance of Kensington/Hyde Parks and a few blocks from shops, restaurants, buses and the underground.
Our room was a queen bedroom with one twin roll-a-way bed to sleep two friends. It was a bit tight but manageable. The room was efficiently furnished but not overly comfortable.
The Cleveland was an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff were very helpful and courteous, the location is so handy to bus stops and tube station, with 2 minute walk to Hyde Park. Also 5 minute walk to great shopping and food in Queensway. It was clean and the kitchen facilities excellent. would stay here again anytime.
Not a thing.
It was excellent فندق ممتاز للعائلة وسعرة مناسب وموقعه ممتاز والطاقم متعاون.
No lift to the room floor With heavy luggages it will be difficult But the staff are helpful.
Location: neighbourhood and walking distance to Hyde Park and to Paddington Station Hotel architecture Free WiFi
Small room with a not practical kitchenette Isolation of the building: everyday I heard the other guests preparing the breakfast at 6:30 when it I had only to wake up one hour later. Price, but London is overpriced after all.
Good Location, quiet no through street. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Helpful reception staff.
Did not like having a 4th floor attic room for 5 nights! (one night would have been okay). Lift only to 2nd floor. Very poor wifi.
Staff extremely helpful when they realised we traveling with a wheelchair, they changed rooms and also ensured our friends stayed in room opposite. Would stay there again. There is a portable ramp into tbe hotel and lift goes to lower ground floor which I thought might not be good but we found it excellent, apparently more space than upstairs!!
Wifi was good for me but hubby had problem getting onto wifi. Bathroom doorway is narrow when helping disabled person - nothing major to really complain about.
Location was perfect. Staff very helpful and efficient. Friendly and professional. Value for money.
The carpet in bedroom was quite grubby looking, but everything else was clean. It was our second stay there and our first room was much better.
Coffee machine in foyer
Very difficult to get around London
the hotel was clean and had all the items needed for a one night stay. While the room was compact it was expected for London. The location was very handy to Paddington
the size of the room was small.
Location. Very convenient to several tube stations and shopping areas including restaurants and pubs. Short walk to Hyde & Kensington Gardens. Kitchette very handy for making breakfast, snacks etc. Had an Executive Suite room on the first floor which was quite spacious (for London). Would stay again.
An initial issue with the hot water (lack of), but this was fixed within a day, so have to complement the management in getting the problem fixed so quickly.
Location, staff and helpfulness. We had a number of requests all of which we're met quite helpfully. The lobby area is ok, unlimited tea/coffee is a major plus. Housekeeping was good.
Kitchenette poorly organised and equipped, phone connectivity non-existent in my room
