comfy bed I stayed in the hotel for two weeks and during that time the room was not dusted and hoovered once. I have to ask for that. The hotel has 9 rooms in basement. |

The room was quite large and the kitchenette had everything you would need (apart from plug sockets). The staff were very pleasant and polite. A huge air-conditioning unit was right outside the window which was quite loud even though the window was closed. Pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom needed some repairs. There were no usable plug sockets in the kitchen area to plug the kettle in. There was an extension lead but this was hidden away at the back of a lower shelf. |

the good thing is that the hotel is located near Hyde park, easy access to tube, interior of the hotel mostly benefits those who like victorian style.And the best thing is the fully equipped kitchen Building is very old...consequently poor sewage systems, sink is always full..elevator is located not conveniently -no direct access to the rooms, i had to add up 300pounds to get to the first floor apt with a view on the street -inittially was offered a ground floor room with an awful view to internal walls of the building -nasty looking ones and with an nostopping air conditioning workin there..No parking belongin to the hotel -so got 2 parking fines during 2 days of stay.. |

excellent place , very quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to London Tube. Spacious Rooms , a complete kitchenette. Weak Air Conditioning (blew like a mouse ) , some towels and beddings could have be replaced with new ones. Some Rooms ( including ours ) have over 50 stairs to cross different floors to reach. |

Great quiet location at end of no through road close to several tube stations and restaurants laundrette across street also close to Lords cricket ground Only downside was television on wall made it almost impossible to pass at the end of the bed |

Kitchenette was well equipped. Room was clean and recently renovated and well kept. Our room was underground, windows and light were adequate but you could hear people talking on the street. Bathroom was cold even in summer. |

This hotel is located in a quiet street and neighborhood, staff is very friendly. Kitchen facilities in room. Room next door was staff room, lot of noise from door, people going in and out. For London hotel standards I consider it a good choice. Hotel has no restaurant but lots of restaurants close by. |

great location only 5 minutes from Hyde Park and the restaurants of Paddington and Bayswater. Great rooms with far more space than most London hotels and the staff all make the effort to bring a smile to your face. I will always stay here when the price is right |

The hotel is conveniently located to tube stations (2), shopping, pubs and restaurants (Queensway) in a pleasant sector of London. The apartment was well appointed and quiet. |

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to District Line tube station, which brings to the centre in few minutes, same to Victoria - airport connections. Peaceful surroundings, close to Hyde Park, etc. Room was very comfortable, staff friendly. The shower was a little loose. Electricity plugs for toaster and teapot were not in the kitchenette - opposite wall. To put it short - peanuts... |

personnel de l'hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse et propre avec petite cuisine très bien équipée ( micro-onde, frigo, vaisselles etc...), situation géographique idéale ( stations de métro :queensway et bayswater , bus à 2min). |

Мне понравился отзывчивый и вежливый персонал.В номере была красивая мебель. Бельё было чистое и качественное. У меня замечания по поводу кухни. Во -первых там не работала вытяжка и в номере оставался запах кухни. И вроде -бы вытяжка не работала в ванной комнате. Во -вторых был не полностью предоставлен кухонный инвентарь. Я бывал в других гостиницах Лондона, и там всё вышеперечисленное присутствовало. |

Está bien comunicado a unos 15 minutios de 2 estaciones principales de metro. El barrio es bonito. La habitación doble con cocina es ridícula, ni tan siquiera tiene una mesa para comer (entonces para que sirve la cocina?). Después de pagar un suplemento accedimos a la de 4 personas que es correcta para 2. |

Grote kamer (suite) van 7 bij 7 meter met kitchenette, eethoek en zithoek. En dat in London voor 150 pond per nacht. Koelkast gevuld met alles voor het ontbijt (kaas, jam, boter, melk, sap). Verder lag er fruit, brood en ontbijtgranen. Ontbijt was eigenlijk een beetje aan de dure kant. Zelf naar de supermarkt gaan, was vast goedkoper. ;-) |
