Reactivity of the team was amazing.

Very friendly staff. Plenty of space in a new apartment. Quiet location. We had a very enjoyable stay. An excellent base to visit nearby tourist attractions.

Nice , clean, one bed room apartments. secure parking. Close to main city centre and harbourside. overall excellent place to stay.

We had a extra bed for my 6 yr old daughter. This was very uncomfortable as the mattress was very thin.

Was very kindly upgraded by Daniel to a two bedroomed apartment overlooking the river with balcony as my original requested apartment wasn't available, top customer service. My first choice when staying in Bristol

Initially hard to find with satnav. Name of road that Finzels Reach is on needs to be mentioned. Didn't see any instruction guides in flat for dishwasher, etc.

These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. I also asked to check in earlier than the usual time and I was punctually met by Daniel who showed me the apartment and made sure that everything was working fine before leaving.The apartments are extremely quiet and reserved and you don't have even to worry to check out on your departure. Excellent customer service overall. I would definitely recommend to stay.

every thing was perfect espicially the location it is almost 8 min to cabot circus. the apartment was clean and secure

the king bed was small, it is actually queen size bed :(

Fantastic clean modern apartments close to city of Bristol. Attention to detail and Daniel who did the meet and greet was fantastic. Would not hesitate in staying their again.

Mattress!! Slightly lumpy.

Good location quite close to the centre of town. Handy for restaurants, shops and theatre. Comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Shower wasn't very powerful and getting to the apartment you had to walk down an alleyway which was quite dark. I think this won't be a problem after the building work is finish.

Curtains in the living area cheap and difficult to close.

Great location. a short walk and you're in the thick of it. The kitchen is more than adequate if you want to eat in. An extra bed was provided as well so our daughter a student in Bristol could stay with us.

Could do with a music player to plug in iPods etc.

No hangers in wardrobe or anywhere to hang coats although space available behind lounge door would be perfect area for coat hooks!

Quality and cleanliness was excellent as was the location.
