The bar area, the location, the parking was excellent
No safe in the room. I broke a glass in the bathroom and it went everywhere, maybe plastic cups would be safer.
Sea view Quiet area Coastal walks
Room very small Noisy rooms next door People letting fire doors slam
Location, food in restaurant very good and staff friendly
room very tired in need of up date and good clean, very noisy from other rooms and corridor plumbing in desperate need of attention.
Pleasant helpful staff Cleanliness
Double room but no comfortable chairs to relax View from window very disappointing
Staff were lovely. Good breakfast. Room 34-big, comfy bed and large bathroom. View from room overlooking garden and sea.
Poor soundproofing, including very noisy plumbing. In need of refurb-tired bedroom furniture and 70s style bathroom suite.
The menu had changed ! Preferred type of meals in 2012!!
great room fabulous breakfast excellent value friendly staff ideal location
Pool closed disappointed as I E-mailed and was told pool would be open as cover had been damaged in storms at beginning of year I would of transferred my booking to best western at Falmouth.
Location and staff. Cleanliness.
VERY poor lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. Pillows very soft. Shower wasn't at all powerful. Quite noisy particularly because it rained hard in the night and various bits of guttering were damaged and led to lots of dripping.
Staff, restaurant, food. cleanliness, Location.
The twin room felt more like a single room. The bathroom needed refurbishment so did the room I believe they are refurbishing.
Good WiFi signal
Room was in need of attention / bringing in to the new age. Cold water tap turned in its seating, shower head would not secure so showered only the back of the shower. Cat swinging not an option in the, what may have been called "En Suite" appalling decoration throughout.
The overall friendliness of the staff
The noise in room 46 is unbelievable all from room 45 bathroom: every time there flush was used it seemed as it was in our room and the extractor went on forever and the room was extremely small to say the least
Good area only down side having to go through dining room to get to room
Booked this hotel because it stated that it had an outdoor heated swimming pool. We drove 250+ miles, checking in around 18.00. Went to our room which we were delighted to find was very close to the pool. It wasn't until we had got changed and were on our way to the pool that we saw a notice stating that it was 'out of order'. Needless to say we were not pleased. When I asked at reception how long the pool had been out of commission I was told 'a few weeks' ?? Disgusted I cancelled our second night and re-booked into the Hotel Bristol in Newquay - very nice indeed.
it was very dirty and the breakfast was just....
