Hotel is currently a building site (May-2015).
Most rooms are set in the middle of the car park, & the "1st floor" = Ground Floor, so cars are parked at window level - which takes some getting used to (they should be more open about this).
Breakfast is 'cattle class', whilst you wait on egg deliveries (fried only), and queue to toast your own bread on the 'one & only' rotating toaster. Coffee was only served hot on 1 day out of 7.
Bad accoustics in dining room make it a noisy experience (you hear every cutlery crash from the kitchen). And no hot water on the Spa on our last day,
Although the staff are attentive & helpful, a quick chat from Alex Politzi would do no harm.
But don't let the above put you off, as this is a good hotel.
The chef is amazing!!! (evening meals are a touch pricey, but well worth it).
Breakfast orange juice was perfectly chilled, every day.
Spa pool, sauna, jacuzzi = all free for residents.
5 mins from dog friendly Pollit Beach (you can see it across the bay).
