Location, Hotel room no 16 , very dated could do with a complete refurbish, wall paper peeling off the walls smells of damp, poor quality bedding ,torn window nets.badly fitted window, mould on tiles in bath room ,I certainly will not be visiting the hotel again, but I will say the staff were pleasant.

Probably the best things are the views but they need to get the hotel up too a decent standard I was far from impressed with this hotel. It is run down and very shabby looking. On the website it said it was 13 miles from Fishguard but it was 26 miles. Okay hotel if you are not fussy but I would never stay there again

the jacuzzi and spa etc were excellent and there was a super view of the sea. However, the hotel was a little tired and ideally needs some money spent on it! However, we four bikers all had a great time.

We all enjoyed going into the spa pool and jacuzzi.I Particuarly liked the 2 types of steam rooms very enjoyable and we also enjoyed the pool side 'hot seats' We played pool but only one cue the rest had bits missing and we had no set up triangle.I Was kept waiting to order drinks for at least 15 mins before I had to go around to other bar and then be served.

Very friendly staff. We ate both nights of our stay in the Bar and the food was very good and big portions. Spa very nice too. Both days the breakfast was very nice but was luke warm - it appeared as if had obviously been out in the self help area for too long.

On the whole I consider your hotel very good but, unfortunately, a couple of things let it down. Your blankets and towels leave a lot to be desired and could do with changing and also the heating in our room was not working and we had to have an electric heater brought up.

As a couple we liked the relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Its position was ideal as family lived 15 minutes away so not far to travel, views from hotel even on a stormy day are thrilling. My wife liked the variety of vegetarian dishes on offer. 1 thing to be mindful of is having stayed last year we noticed the menu hasnt changed and needed a bit of sprucing up. Other than that we were very pleased to be staying and would again in the future. Mr & Mrs Hawkins

Location. However hotel itself is dated. Stayed there at the beginning of December for two nights. Hotel was quiet. Good value for money, that is why we booked a night stay after Xmas. Not as good, limited staff and more guests. Would we book again. Not sure.

We did like the hotel and spa and fittness room, enjoyed roomservice. Most personell didn't look very inspired/ happy, and were just about friendly. Food was allright, nothing new, not very special. Very disappointing was the fact that children were not allowed to use the Spa facilities full time. I thought this was very poor value for money. Also the little time that was made available for them was very inconvenient, as they were during breakfast and dinner time. We asked for two towels p.p.to use in the spa but were only allowed one p.p. It is obvious that management does not understand the correct procedure of using a sauna; one towel is used in the sauna to sit or lie on, the other is for drying after last shower. Not being able to use a towel in the sauna is not hygenic as people's sweat drips on the wood, resulting in having to sit in eachother's sweat!!! Same for the steambath; simple wipers should be available to be able to wipe seats before sitting down.A little mint or eucaluptus in the steamroom would enhance the pleasure and effect. Now it smelt a bit dull. T.V in room was extremely small, and also seats were not at all comfortable.
