Straight forwards - no non sense place to stay. Breakfast included for us very reasonable. Staffs who dealt with us very helpful and professional. |

The hotel was great, we requested a sea view and that's what we got, the room had a double and single bed even though there was only 2 of us. To be able to sit in the window and watch people go by and the surfers was great. The only thing was th edouble bed, it was very lumpy. But we survived. |

Good value for money, the rooms were a bit victorian styled, but the bathroom was in excellent condition. Towels and linen were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was very tasty and good, consisted of a full english breakfast, with coffee/tea, cereals. toast,fruit ( vegetarians had the option of vegetarian sausages and hashbrowns ). The dull room , but that's not a major problem. |

I appreciated that the staff was always so pleasant with us. They were always helpful! I also really liked the breakfast. We were serving fast which was great. |

The hotel is very well located and staff are very helpful. Our room was spacious enough to comfortable fit three adults and the hearty breakfast was a welcome finale to our stay. A minibar in the room would have been ideal! |

The location, close to town and views to the see and beaches. On a cool night the central heating did not come on until late and the room was cold. |

Hotel location, Excellent services & staff, friendly easy atmosphere. Excellent breakfast Only critcism, window's in our room & dining room were very dirty. Extractor fan in bathroom very loud & rattled due to excess dirt in the fan. |

I would have liked our stay to have been longer than just overnight.we really enjoyed your house red wine good value for money Our bedroom had a not very fresh smell to it, and was not warm enough for me. The shower room on the other hand was a delight, bright and spotlessly clean. |

Helpfulness of staff, for example night porter made me an early breakfast as I had to leave early to catch return flight to LOndon before restaurant opened. Extract fan in bathroom was extremely noisy. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean The evening meals were rather bland and lacked imagination. We had the same menu on Sunday as we had on the Thursday on arrival. |

I liked very effective and modern double-glazing windows. Hotel is timber-built, no sound insulation at all! So while windows can block the outside noise, every single sound comming from the inside of the hotel could be heared. Bathroom fans were especially annoying, both in our and other bathrooms... |
