This hotel was excellently placed for the function we were attending. It was clean and comfortable and despite asking for a room at the back, thinking it would be quieter, we had a room at the front in the basement which was quiet and also large so there was no need to complain. We also managed to get parking at the rear of the hotel but only about 5 spaces available. We would stay here again.

The room is really big and got wide space, it makes me feel comfortable. The staff are not really friendly as what I expected, and the facilities in the room are not really prepared enough. The cleaness of the room also needs to be improved.

A great little hotel excellent location for byers road and the west end. Stayed in an executive room which was nice and big and clean. Receptionist was very nice and very helpful and although it says no parking there is a small car park at the rear. Would recomend and will use again. Watch out for the scary woman serving at breakfast. :)

The hotel was easily accessible and you could come and go as you please. The manageress was very friendly and helpful. Nothing to dislike this was a reasonable hotel with reasonable prices, not luxurious but adequate and the bathroom fittings appeared to be fairly new.

This hotel was centrally located and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Subway/Metro is just around the corner. Room was quaint and suited us perfectly. Breakfast maybe a tad bit more tasty.

Location, room and Breakfast were Excellent. We were served by a bad tempered woman on the sunday who handled our cutlery by fork prong, spoon and knife - not by the handle before practically throwing it on the table and rudely told us our table wasnt ready. I dont know what all the different nationalities of tourists in the dining room thought of her service because we were not alone in her particular brand of customer service! The Blonde Glaswegian lady on reception and who cooked breakfast was very helpful. The carpark is far too small for the number of spaces marked out. It was great having the carpark on site but getting in and out was a nightmare due to no space to move your car round the other parked cars.
