Location was great. Room was ideal. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast are was small. It got busy at times so you felt rushed. WiFi was really poor and no luggage room to leave cases in.
Good location near to Grand Theatre, Tower and restaurants.
Everything spot on service from check in to check out rooms all clean and tidy all the facility's you need what a difference this place makes to our September weekends and will be here every year reception team always on hand to help although none of us like a continental breakfast must say it looked good and plentiful there can't wait to return next year ibis styles our first stop everytime if your looking for a good quality hotel that's up to a good standard and helpful staff this is the place to stay when in Blackpool see you's again next year
The beds the decor
There was nowhere to leave luggage , would be good to have a luggage room
Hotel staff good stayed 2 nights and ask to change for seaview after first night was happy to do this !! Breakfast ok
Abit noisy but would think better in week and to many stags and hens lol in hotel
Breakfast was good and well organised
Very noisy, could hear consistent bang bang bang fr people walking upstairs. Not as modern as some ibis styles I have stayed in.
Located next to north pier minutes from tower
Noise from nightclub , mature couple on floor above club didn't seem fair
Location was great for the centre of blackpool for food drinks an shopping an tower plus the beach an the illuminations when they are on
Staff could have been more polite
The central location of the hotel is great for lights and other attractions, rooms are clean and tidy the staff are willing to help, key card system for security, tea and coffee facilities, breakfast was a good choice plenty of food on offer.
Rooms could of been in a better position, didn't like the view into the council offices, first room stayed in noise through the window had to move rooms, toilet to close to sink, booked months in advance requested sea view but still didn't get a room with a nice view
The staff were friendly and competent. The rooms were comfortable and modern.
The breakfast was not up to the standard of other Ibis hotels we have stayed at.
Great rooms and very clean
The weather on the second day
Hotel is near from Blackpool north station just 5 minutes walk, and near city centre. From my room over look the sea view.
Window is not clean and Wifi is not stable , sometime connect, sometime disconnect.
The location is brilliant, everythings around you what you need amd had the best nights sleep ever
The breakfast we thought it was full english
Free hot drinks, nice breakfast. Great location. Bright fun room decor
Noise in corridoors
The location of the hotel was particularly useful for every amenity in Blackpool. Amazing location and the room was exceptionally clean. Nice that everything in the room was well maintained and the room was actually very comfortable. I have to give a thumbs up to the staff members who served breakfast (nothing was too much trouble) As not have any issues during the stay I had no reason to contact any member of staff to solve any problems. All in all the excellent location and the cleanliness of the rooms are to be recommended and I had a pleasant stay. Despite the lack of a full English breakfast, which I usually find a bonus the Continental option was good, and not felt rushed. There was a good opportunity to have a good breakfast before leaving. Nice not to have to get something sorted out in the room before settling in.
I would have preferred a full English breakfast but perhaps as a personal choice this is an invalid statement.
Good clean modern room
Entrance to hotel looked as if it could have been cleaned
clean comfortable rooms, lovely sea view, had no problem with noise even though the hotel was busy.stayed three nights mid week for illuminations. Staff polite cheerful and helpful, just one minor thing would prefer cooked breakfast, but what was on offer, a continental breakfast was good and plenty although dining area very busy. think it could be noisy at weekend as their are two clubs below but only open at weekend. Excellent value for money.
nothing really except dining area for a hotel that size not big enough.
LOCATION FRIENDLY STAFF GOOD BREAKFAST VERY CLEAN 1st CLASS HELPFUL STAFF AT RECEPTION EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY
The breakfast was great. Water and juices available all day. Very well located.
Bit noisy in evening but not so bad i couldnt sleep.
Air con only worked for 20 mins and last night of our stay didt work at all. Wi-fi didnt work very well and my fiancee woke up with a cockroach crawling on her face.
We liked the position, the rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. We couldn't really fault it. Excellent value for money
It's a pity they don't keep just a few 'dog free' rooms for people who are allergic to dog hair.
The position was good for us, friendly staff ,comfortable , would go again.
I bit of a clammer at breakfast ,dining room too small for the amount of people.
