We liked the position, the rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. We couldn't really fault it. Excellent value for money
It's a pity they don't keep just a few 'dog free' rooms for people who are allergic to dog hair.
The position was good for us, friendly staff ,comfortable , would go again.
I bit of a clammer at breakfast ,dining room too small for the amount of people.
The best place to stay
Great place to stay, sure outside could do with a lick of paint but don't let it put you off, room was bright & clean & nice breakfast to boot! Staff were really friendly would, defo stay again
very clean and modern, for a continental breakfast great choices, plenty of it,nice and fresh
the fan in the bathroom would not switch off, keeping both of us awake,we both also found the room to be very plain,no pictures nothing on the walls or soft furnishings
The staff are amazing from reception to cleaners always have a smile , very helpful a credit to the company . We stayed there for our anniversary i did on booking ask for sea view but wasn't guaranteed the staff changed us to a lovely sea view when asked about this couldn't of asked for a better hotel
Location location location
Small dining area...just couldn't get a seat and breakfast not up to much
The rooms and beds were big and the location was wonderful
The dinning room was far to small the hotel had over 100 guests and yet the dinning room held only about 40 spaces plus I would like to see a cooked breakfast made available to guests
Central location for all the shows was brilliant right on the sea front
I appreciate work was going on outside but windows were very dirty on the town side
Clean and friendly
Could hear the nightclub music which was located underneath the hotel. Also I was expecting eggs, bacon, beans etc at breakfast so I wasn't too impressed
internet access, attractive, easy going girl staff members,
breakfast ,doors to rooms and corridor slamming noisily
Location excellent Cool decor Excellent value for money Continental breakfast good
Room quite small for us a couple and a travelling cot Location could be noisy on the weekend with young family Outside of windows needed cleaning -rubbish on balcony
Perfectly located for the restaurants , shops and the beach, Very clean and stylish. I would say here again
not enough staff at Breakfast, Everyone asking for spoons, cups, glasses, bin was overflowing.
We stayed for one night to go to Mamma Mia and for the price didn't really expect too much but we were pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. I was very impressed that the milk for the cereals was kept in a fridge! This is a minor detail but it is the first time I've come across this, in this country and on the continent. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.
The only slight negative was that the wifi didn't work with my phone. This wasn't a problem for me, I can live without checking my emails but for business travelers it may have been.
Location Location Location!
Fire alarm went off on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed and no apology.
Staff were excellent. After a poor sleep elsewhere the night before, staff greeted us at 9am, offered early check in and invited us to breakfast. I loved the room, we had room 101, it was perfect. The room was large and had a perfect view of north pier and the beachfront. A perfect experience, couldn't have hoped for better.
There wa nothing I didn't like.
The hoteol and rooms were spotless. The rooms and corridor was soundproofed. The TV in our room wouldn't come on we rang reception and they came straight up. The bed was comfy the breakfast was great. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I couldn't find anything to dislike.
The range of breakfast choices. The close proximity to the sea-front. The highly comfortable bed. The dining chairs shaped like bottoms, they were amusing ;-)
The dining area was always full to capacity at breakfast, they could do with a larger dining area.
nothing except the staff
décor bad room small entrance very pad breakfast poor
It's okay for young people looking for somewhere to spend the night
The alarm kept going off between the hours of 2AM-4AM everyone thought it was a fire. Staff looked very dirty and unclean.
The staff were very nice Good location Good breakfast A quality hotel
Poor slow wfi No car parking
Both myself and my husband enjoyed our stay the only thing that we can complain about was that the hotel doesn't have its own car park .you can park in the Wilkinson car park which is not good enough if you have young children.
Don't be put off by entrance
Excellent location, helpful staff and decent sized room
Depending on your location in the hotel, the tv doesn't recieve channels.
Bright and airy room with very little traffic noise thanks to double glazing. Friendly staff who were willing to change our room when the bathroom light wasn't working. Great location with views of the seafront. Excellent buffet breakfast with good choice of bread, cereal and danish pastries (the ham was lovely). Comfortable bed and warm room, although cold at times.
Carpet needed washing as it had massive coffee stains and hair in some areas, table was wobbly and couldn't control heating when it got a bit cold as it only had air conditioning.
