Staff pleasant. Breakfast good. Nice big bed.
Room way too hot. Swimming pool cold spa disappointing. Executive room couldn't find anything special about it very overpriced.
I did like the friendliness of the place also there was plenty of walking along the front to be done , good entertainment in the evening also,
did not like the parking in the front of hotel ,
Breakfast was faultless every thing was red hot and lots of choice, the dining room staff fabulous especially Margaret and Ben who couldn't do enough for us.saying goodbye to Margaret got quite emotional,
The facilities pool jacuzzi quiet hotel good location
Beds could have been more comfortable
We were given a suite which was unexpectbreakfast was very gooded but very nice
Waiting staff were clearing the dishes away before we were finished our meal .
The dark entrance.had difficulty finding hotel because no name due to work on building. Carpark
The food was excellent although not over generous. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would possibly stay a second time but not sure we could recommend the hotel to our friends.
When we arrived there was a mix up with our booking in fact I think we did not have a room. However we were given an executive room on the ground floor with patio area. An apology and explanation for the confusion should have been given with free coffee while it was sorted.
Leisure facilities excellent. Breakfast good
Noise from kitchen extractor fan
The hotel directory was well out of date The hotel is in need of a makeover
Great staff nothing too much trouble. Breakfast good choice. Would stay again good value for the money we paid.
Parking a little tight but due to improvements to hotel .
The hotel was very welcoming. We had a lovely meal on the Friday night,The wine was too warm for me so they brought me some ice.Breakfast was very good.
I couldn't use the hair drier in the bedroom as the plug would not fit into the socket due to the plinth being in the way the kettle plug will fit but the hair drier has a extra bit on plug so it can;t go all the way in.Air conditioning is a most for the dinning room.
The food in the evening was excellent with very efficient waiters.
Lack of shelves in our toilet area.
the staff were very friendly close to shops and restaurants and the bedroom was very clean
Staff were fabulous friendly and very helpful .lovely evening meal and great breakfast buffet Big room although bit tired they are doing renovations at moment Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi Is all set up for the older guest
No wifi in our room as signal not reach back of hotel
I was very happy that we had been allocated a room near the lift, my wife suffers from copd and it was considerate of the hotel to take this into consideration when allocating a room, I will certainly stay there again on my next visit to St Annes
My only dislike was when I had to leave after a lovely stay
My partner would of liked a Television room.
Breakfast was ok staff ok
Hotel really dated, bad car parking cleanliness was much to desired,
Decent hotel, nice location. Nice to have a pool
Checkout a bit too early for a holidaymaker. Also gym equipment could do with upgrading (for the fitness lovers)
The Survey is one dimensional and asks basic questions that do not take into account the expectations of the traveller. The hotel was okay if you are retired and on holiday, but as a business visitor it felt as if I had arrived in another World! My room was tucked away at the back of the hotel and was too far away from reception. Otherwise it was okay
Central St Annes location
Kitchen vents directly into corridor between two buildings and ought to vent outside to stop the hotel smelling like a transport cafe.
Friendly staff and owner. Our room was superb for the price.Food was very good and plenty of it. Didn't get chance to use the pool but it looked very clean & well looked after. The two acts that we saw were very good do oldham
The only thing I could really fault was at breakfast. As a diabetic, I can't eat a cooked breakfast. The porridge was wonderful but grapefruit was the only fruit available and I would have preferred a bigger selection
Excellent, 4 night, B&B stay at this lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, excellent food, staff were friendly -nothing was too much trouble.
Very quiet. Pleasant for older clientele.
Keycard for door wouldn't work on couple of occasions.
asked for a nice room becauce it was a special anniversary an we were upgraded to the grand suite for no extra charge.Excellent location.Friendly staff. Food good. Evening entertainment great.Already booked for next year!
Service in restaurant was little haphazard
