The dining room was good and the breakfast was also good. Swimming pool an asset.
View from window poor, although we had an executive room which was roomy.
Had the warm swimming pool all to myself which was lovely.
My bedroom room 519 had a central heating boiler in the cupboard which kept me awake every night.
Was not advised that there would be music till 12.15am on Saturday and entertainment each nigh which was extremely loud in our bedroom.
Location, room & staff very helpful. Stuart was wonderful, went out of his way for everyone & always smiling.( he should get a bonus)
Not being told it was a Christmas theme. (Turkey & Tinsel) Christmas music all the time was to much.
lovely executive room with patio and garden furniture.pool and jacuzzi just great.food was also very good and service just perfect.staff helpful and always on hand.would recommend to friends and family.
Wi-fi not available in ALL rooms...if stay out back.. No wi-fi.....I booked this hotel as it was GUARANTEED , but unfortunately not in my room.... The staff tried to move me..but no rooms available..as I was staying due to my business, I needed wi-fi, so had to purchase a ten day pass via bt.....no refunds. Also parking was haphazard...not enough spaces...pot luck...
The suite that we stayed in was very comfortable and clean, and the friendliness of the reception staff on arrival and departure was most pleasing. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi
Not much to dislike. The decor was a bit dated ,but it added to the charm. I thought putting the Christmas decks up on the 12th of oct was a bit premature
The food was excellent. Very relaxing. Nice friendly atmosphere. Lovely warm comfy beds. Excellent facilities Ideal for shops and promenade.
Absolutely nothing .
Didn't stay long enough to find out.
Noisy bedroom due to persons above. Rather cramped space in Bedroom and Bathroom.
Comfort, location and spa area.
Our room was above the dining room so no chance of early night. Could hear entertainment very loudly from our room.
We liked the spacious room and the food, in particular, the two evening meals with the very special desserts. A friendly hotel offering every comfort. Admired lady figurines with lamp - where can we buy one?
Excellent facilities which I did not expect. Food fantastic especially breakfast, staff on for breakfast could not have helped anymore.
Room a bit small, but did book last minute, and was informed hotel was fully booked
It was nice and warm
I think an ordinary pop up Toaster would be quicker.
Commitment of staff,
Lack of parking
Although the swimming pool was small, deceiving on the photos, the Jacuzi was excellent. there were plenty of clean towels to use. The food was very good and the service in the dining room was excellent
although it wasn't mentioned before we arrived it was a whist week so there was no evening enterainment. nearly all the residents had booked this whist trip so there was nothing to do at the hotel on an evening.and we were not allowed to take part in the whist, on an afternoon or evening.
nice staff. nice room. very nice breakfast.
not easy to get into car park. too many elderly people. room was very far from reception.
Hard to say
Location of room Room stuffy even with window open Room was cramped List is too long
Clean, comfy and lovely breakfast
Room too hot
Staff pleasant. Breakfast good. Nice big bed.
Room way too hot. Swimming pool cold spa disappointing. Executive room couldn't find anything special about it very overpriced.
location very good for both seafront and town. hotel room, lounge, bar and dining area nicely kitted out. staff pleasant and helpful.
booking.com description of executive rooms says 24 sq meters with seating area. this is not true for all exec rooms, in particular ours. whilst dinner food quality good, portions are small,(and we are not porkers!)
I did like the friendliness of the place also there was plenty of walking along the front to be done , good entertainment in the evening also,
did not like the parking in the front of hotel ,
Breakfast was faultless every thing was red hot and lots of choice, the dining room staff fabulous especially Margaret and Ben who couldn't do enough for us.saying goodbye to Margaret got quite emotional,
The facilities pool jacuzzi quiet hotel good location
Beds could have been more comfortable
