Very welcoming and warm. The breakfast was lovely, was a range of other foods if you didn't want a full English. We also liked how it wasn't modernised like other hotels, this gave it a more homely feel which then made you comfortable.

The owner/manger of the property is great. She has accomadate for our late arrival with a very pleasant and warm smile. Even at late hours, she has provided everything we need from an extra chair to free wifi. The breakfast next morning is good. The service is excellent. Big rear car park which is convenient. For a family room that can host 4 adults at a price of 70 pounds including breakfast is a bargain. Our stay is better than our expectation.

The building itself is relatively old with relatively narrow stairs. The floor in the room is slightly slanted which is what you expect for an old building, The cleaniness, I will give it 3.5 out of 5 as one my friend had a rash from the stay, but the rest of us are ok.

Irene the manager was lovely! Helped us to ring taxis and really made us feel at home! Lovely breakfast! Would definatley return if we go sherwood pines again!

Would recommend to anyone and would use again it was like being at home rather than a hotel, friendly and attentive.

We had a quad room for a family for a nite's stay. Lisa, our host, was most friendly & accomodating. The room was clean & beds comfortable. The dining room was well arranged & breakfast well cooked. The bathroom was a bit small, though. the hotel was located on a quiet street with private parking at the back. tesco is just a short walk away.

Wij hadden de familie kamer met drie personen, terwijl hij voor 4 mensen was. Erg ruim, net buiten het centrum van Mansfield

Voor ons geen probleem, maar erg veel smalle trappen, daarom voor ouderen of gehandicapten misschien wat moeilijk om in te verblijven(hoewel er kamers beneden zijn)
