The manner of the staff, the quality of the rooms, the beds and the fittings were all poor value for money so I would say that this hotel has nothing to recommend it at all. Late on in the evening I had to ask to be moved to another room as the noise from the patio attached to the bar below was very intrusive. The next room did not have this problem but suffered from very noisy pipes throughout the night. The beds were very poor quality and proved extremely uncomfortable. My partner and I slept very badly. The room was not very clean - for example there was dried snot on the wall by the beds and in the bathroom by the sink. The breakfast was also poor value. There was a limited choice and the orange juice was undrinkable as it had a terrible chemical taste. Avoid this hotel at all costs. |

Great location. Hotel had character. Room compact but with nice touches - a caffetiere for coffee. And fruit. Breakfast was an additional cost, and a bit basic and overpriced. |

The coffe shop and restaurant. Wardrobe door was broken, a drawer on the chest of drawers was broken, drill holes in the walls with nothing in them, the sheet on the bed was badly torn, the room was above the kitchen and as such we received constant fumes and smells, we did not like the fact that there was a plugin room freshener (so obviously the hotel was aware of the kitchen smells) and on leaving we were not asked if we had had a pleasant stay. |

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Reception area stylish. Bed was a bit wobbly. Room very small. Wished I had packed ear plugs because of noise from Racks bar. |

I was impressed by the professional manner of staff, even when it was late at night. The bar downstairs was particularly full of vitality (normally something I avoid) and pleasant. I think that a repaint of the room I was in, would have improved my rating from good to excellent. |

This hotel is dirty, over priced and a total disgrace to Bristol City. I would recommend that you take it off the internett and will make an official complaint. There was nothing good about the hotel. A ful and complete refund should be given to all customers immiadely. There was absolutely nothing good about the hotel. I am keen to know if you have a complaints system in place. |

Great location. Staff friendly and public areas were modern and clean. Bedroom was a bit dated, especially the bathroom but it was clean and functional. Parking in the area is very difficult as I had not pre-booked the hotel car park. |

It's quite unique which is what I look for. Top quality and unusual cafe downstairs as part of the hotel. I really felt properly looked after their staff are all excellent. Hotel small enough to really feel at home. |

The staff was so brilliant that the fact that the furniture and the design was poor didn't seem important after 1 day there. They solved any issues i might have had and did so with a big smile on their faces!! There is no safe box in the room. |

I did not get a chance to spend more time in the hotel as i was out first thing in the morning and home late due to the conference. It would be more nice if tea bags/coffee would be provided but instead they had filter which i was not familiar to make. there were unpleasant smell in the bathroom,i had to leave the door open to get fresh air. The reception was lovely then you go to the corridor for the bedroom, there is unplesaant smell around especially in the lift. I regularly stay in Washington Hotel but unfortunately it was booked out, i would go to Washington Hotel again. |

Friendly staff who dealt with my large problem outlined below I was very disappointed. I had the room reimbursed due to finding bed bugs. We have been bitten over 100 times and have had to seek medical attention. The room was below standard in many ways, as reflected in my feedback card. The website did not give a true reflection of the hotel. The bar area was great but behind the scenes it was hostel like. Poor carpets; poor bed covers [holes]; bathroom with poor vanity facilities; matress with springs sticking through. In hindsight we shopuld have requested a move but as it was for one night we thought we would manage. |

The breakfast selection was poor, no choice of cereal, no fruit salad or yoghurt. Over priced for what I received. I would have been charged for 2 days car parking even though I only stayed for less than 24hours - fortunately I managed to park on the road. |

Warm and welcoming budget hotel in the heart of Clifton For excellent service and facilities combined with low prices, there's no better place to spend a weekend or holiday. |
The hotel is situated in the charming district of Clifton, above the spectacular Avon Gorge and overlooking Brunel's famous suspension bridge. |
With spacious, air-conditioned rooms and free parking, the Future Inn Bristol is in the city centre, next to Bristol's newest shopping centre, Cabot Circus. |
Next to Marlborough Street Bus Station, a short walk from the Broadmead and Cabot Circus shopping areas, this Premier Inn hotel has a superb city-centre location and family-friendly rooms. |
