Food was very good Entertainment was first class, especially the comedians.
Couldnt fault anything but liked especially the food particularly the evening meal.
Excellent value for money.
The amount of bingo played in the evening.
The food was excellent and the entertainment was very good.
Not enough lifts especially when you have to use it with having a pram. Also, there should be automatic opening doors on the floor levels
the reception staff and room staff were helpful.
the parking is a BIG problem.we had to queue for a table for breakfast every morning(3) because we had not booked dinner and breakfast.the bathroom in the room(317)was so tiny and narrow it was difficult to turn round or close the door. The window in the room was so old and and the wood was rottingthat i was afraid to open it.
The location of the hotel to the Tram & bus stop was great. The bkfast and dinning was posh feeling, yet simple. They did everything they could to help my companion with their dietary needs. GOOD JOB
Had a hard time getting anyone to ans the reception phone after 11 PM both nights we were there. No emergency, just a wake up call, but it could of been from someone who needed help. I even went down to the desk in my pyjama's, and had to look around and yell until a young man came out of some place.
Dining arrangements were excellent. There was flexibility to allow us to dine out some evenings and a really good back-up bar menu to accommodate day trippers. We kept our own table for the whole stay. Food was exceptionally good and in great variety.
The lift is a bit ponderous for a hotel that caters for large numbers of less mobile persons. A more modern lift would help, and perhaps a second lift if there is room for one. I wouldn't want to see the fabulous Art Deco architecture compromised however.
Cleanliness of hotel and befroom.Choice a quality of food.Facilities for children.Good entertainment.
Not enough parking spaces, although managed to park on nearby street.Bedroom/bathroom wasa little on the small side.Bedroom walls very thin, could hear conversations, drawers closing, toilet flushing from next room.
The food was fine the hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, although I did have a phone call while out asking if we were checking out when we had only just arrived.
The room was too small. The bathroom was very cramped, it was very cramped for me as a petite woman, if I was any bigger I wouldn't have managed.
Having stayed at The Cliffs before on at least three occasions, we have never been disappointed, the staff have always been very friendly and exceptionally helpful and the hotel standards all round have been maintained.
Very little to dislike really, car parking is very limited, first arrivals get the spaces.
The choice of food 10out of 10
Poor car parking
we had a brilliant time here the food was spot on our room was very comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful were re booking very soon
food was excellent plenty of choice
rooms are rather small
staff were excellent,so friendly and very helpfull, food was amazing, would stay again and would recomend to every one,ive told my daughter to book with the kids, and she's very fussy, 10/10
the cliffs has to be our favourite place to stay in blackpool.the staff are very good.the food is gorgeous, everywhere is spotless.
nothing to dislike
Everything but our room
Our room was at a low standard and view was awful and small room telephone did not work
Entertainment young singer was good though
The dining room has recently been refurbished and the food and service was first class. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and spotless. Excellent entertainment. My husband was celebrating his birthday and my children came for a meal as a surprise. They were allowed to eat with us, at an extra (and reasonable ) charge, and the staff let them into the dining room before we went down to eat. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel was in good location and the club for children was great,we were gran parents with a10 year old and one 7 years old good choice of food
There is nothing i specific i didn't like about hotel
Food excellent, plenty to choose from carnt fault it. Entertainment also good, but would be nice if bingo was earlier or not at all.
Waiting for bingo to end.. Also only one lift can be a problem at times
The location, the food and the exceptionally helpful staff, they were all super. Nothing was too much trouble, they always had a cheery word and a smile on their faces. Enjoyed the pool
Bedrooms were too hot for comfort, making it difficult to sleep. Didn't care too much for the entertainment.
Pleasent friendly staff excellent food choices lovely pool area good clean room will definatley retun
Beautiful day but sadly no beer garden or outside space to sit and socialise
Myself and husband had a nice relaxing 3 days at the Cliffs, we enjoyed the spa, evening entertainment and nice breakfast. Nice lounge to enjoy a coffee and cake. Also very handy having a tram stop outside the hotel to go down to the tower, piers and town.
We had a small room at the back of the hotel, with a small bathroom, however, this did have a bath which I had requested on booking. The room got very warm but a fan was provided which helped.
This is an excellent hotel. Great value for money. Comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff. I booked half board and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.
