Cliffs Hotel

Swimming pool and spa is great. Food is fabulous and well priced. The girls on front reception always amenable at all times and are great and very helpful at all times. Rooms are well presented and warm and clean.

Rooms were a little bit hot at night and window a little stiff to open, but this is not a big problem better to be warm than cold.

Pool/Sauna.

Herding of the old folk,lying on the menu,sheets not changed for visit,no24 hour bar even though it was in fact advertised as so.It was like the staff where trying hard to please but had been told that they only had so much time a day to do it,for instance,the jaccuzzi,needed a new push button so no jaccuzzi on Sunday,Monday new button arrived and was fitted with a glass stuck around it buy the staff member,Tuesday do not touch the button i have just waterproofed that with mastic it will take a while to dry,why did you not do that last night,no time,what about the four members of staff that where all asleep in the cafe/bar area,if they had done it 1,would have kept them awake,2,would have been no inconvenience to your guests the next day.

Rooms were clean and staff freindly

Bed wasn't very comfortable, and in our room the ensuite was tiny with a very low doorway, okay if you were not any taller than 5ft 6.

The food and entertainment was great. I would recommend this hotel and will go back again.

The over crowded dining room. Tables far too close together (only three to four inches apart) making it virtually impossible to engage in a private personal conversation.

the entertainment was of a very poor quality.bathroom smelt but was ok once aired.

had a warm friendly atmosphere. a good mixture of people young and old.

The hotel was good value for money and close to all the facilities that we needed.

Helpful staff.Good food / good choice of food.Leisure centre.

Same comedian on both nights of our stay --- same material both nights too,a bit dissapointing.Vocalists were different though.

the cabaret did not revolve the children as often in hotels, service in the restaurant was excellent.

no shelf in the bathroom and biscuits would be nice on the tea and coffee tray also not enough parking spaces and only two sachetsof shower gel were supplied between two people over the two days we stayed.

the entrance we thought it needed refurbishing it was disappointing
