The kitchen, bathroom reception, lounge area was clean and well presented. Everywhere was sign posted clearly making it easy to find the facilities. If needed computers and wi-fi was available. There was no hot water in the showers or ironing facilities available to me. The room was not prepared before hand. The duvet on the bed had not been changed. The room had a unpleasant smell. Also there seem to be a lot of teenagers running around. During the duration of my stay I did not see one adult member of staff. Baring in mind this was my experience of the accommodation. Other people may have had a better experience.

no good at all Read this before you make reservation! You could absolutely find another hostel which is better than this one with this price!! Room is really really small that you might not be able to breath when its full. No socket in bathroom which means you might not dry your hair when someone in room is sleeping. Bad shower room design that no space for your bathing stuff. And the light is broken in 1 of every 2 shower room anf never get fixed. Just too bad to stay. So believe me you can always find somewhere is more worthy!

Homey, Fun place to stay for a night, or live for a couple of month. not everyone appreciates the warm welcome of the hosts and interpetates it as an invitation to do as they wish while bothering others.

Clean, inexpensive and convenient. We stayed there because we had been to a concert and there are no trains back to Manchester after 10.30. Also we needed to be back home by the next afternoon and because of it s ideal location were able to easily walk to st. Pancras . We felt very old! Perhaps some other over 60 s would like to try it!

The mixture of travellers and a friendly environment was good. Met some interesting people albeit mainly foreigners. There was respect for fellow travellers. Lack of sockets in the room was a disappointment as most have electrical gadgets also possible night lights so you could see in dark! Would like a chair or table in room as didn't feel comfy sat on bed. Overall a good experience and would use them again. 1St floor ladies shower room the window sill was in poor state and in need of repair.

Situation and price are ok. Services in line with price, meaning very light but correct. Being able to let the luggage in luggage room for free is great. Doors noises all night long. Poor breakfast and dirty breakfast room. Washbasin in the bedroom is not very practical: to shave for example, if you don't want to wake the others up... Without light, this is difficult.

Everything! Can't fault it although some of the guests were a bit noisy in our room. Came here with my 4 yr old son which seemed to suprise people, but he loved it. Shared a bed on their suggestion so it cost me £10 breaky included! Great experience for a kid to be in this environment. Will be back!

It was easy to find. If you tried just that extra little bit harder you guys might be able to sqeeze some more beds into those tiny rooms. Cant really complain, its just your average hostel.

Location and the girl that checked me in was very nice and helpful. Walls are very thin, as often is at hostels, and this hostel as many was very noisy. I had a problem when I checked in, I had requested a lower bunk and when I came to the room someone was sleeping in it. Went to the lobby and they moved me to another room pronto, very good.

Good showers, nice decor, very good staff and good location. There was no mirror in the bathroom - I couldn't shave! Also, the secure lockers had run out.
