Quiet location. Free parking. Ease of booking. Warm, relaxed reception on arrival by the proprietor. Warm comfy and clean bed and room, en suite bathroom with bath or shower. Choice of breakfast menu. Good all round value for money.

Not a lot to dislike and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

No milk for tea in room. No sugar or salt on table for breakfast. No choice of cereals. Owner not very welcoming, very quiet on intro

Very comfortable and clean en-suite room. Ample parking. Good English breakfast. Good value-for-money.

Having to be in by 11 o'clock, although the owner waited up for us when we told her we would be late back.

We would recommend this b&b to anyone partuculary the big breakfast.

The lady of the house cooked your breakfast fresh. It was absolutely lovel, much better than the hotels we have stayed at in Burnham-On-Sea.

States on wesite, free toiletries in room, i do not think a bottle of shower that had been used by previous occupant and would be used by next really fits the bill here and is misleading.

Our room was large and airy, very clean with everything we needed. Had a wonderful view of an inland Light House. Well tended gardens, ample parking. Nice quiet area. Our landlady Nikki was lovely and very friendly. Nice breakfast menu with plenty of choice. Lovely old building, with big rooms in height and width. Couldn't fault it in any way. Would highly reccomend. We will be returning in 2013

I liked the room and the breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was served in the hallway of the property, if anyone would have called they would have seen us from the front door. Room was in need of decoration in certain areas. The bathroom was carpeted, floor and weirdly the bath panel. Heating was not on in the morning, was cold and raining outside. No radiator in the bathroom to dry towels etc. Did not recieve a very friendly welcome on arrival

the owner nikki was very helpful and welcomening she even waited up until early hours for us to come back as a few friends of mine stayed there aswell, we were at a charity event down the road thanks again

We received a friendly welcome, our room was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed and the breakfast was good and it was good having on site parking.

Host not very friendly if we hadn't of engaged in conversation with her she wouldn't have spoken. Very limited choice of breakfast (1 cereal) (1 Juice) and small breakfast. No hot water one night. Must be in by 11pm or door is locked. Very thin walls awake at 3.30pm when next dor used bathroom. Felt as though we were in the way our whole stay. at £70 per night not good.

the amazing cooked breakfast and the super comfey bed. I always worry about the cleanliness of room and bedding but it was immaculate.

that they didnt take credit cards but we were aware of this beforehand so it wasnt a problem.

From first arriving we were met with a friendly greeting. Everything was spotlessly clean and the proprietor was kind enough to allow us to come back late with no problem. Breakfast was cooked fresh as you came down to eat and was beatifully cooked and presented. Again with a welcoming smile and friendliness. Could not fault the hotel and would happily return and recommend to others.

Location;

Very dated and not in good decorative order, breakfast served in the hallway was not the most enjoyable experience. Room 5, toilet seat broken and not in working order, waste pipe from the back of the toilet bowl insecure and moving. A vast amount of money needs to be invested in the property/business to bring it up to a modern acceptable standard. The only plus/positive point is the location its self in Burnham on sea.
