Cool staff, location and great facilities for a business traveller
Loved the ambiance in the bar and the location.
Smell of cigarette smoke on the 8th floor!
Location very central and easy access to the tube. Rooms small but adequate. Staff friendly and service fast and efficient.
everything was fine
that we did,nt stay longer
Proximity to London amenities Walking distance to Waterloo station also near to tube. Walking distance to theatre land and Covent Garden Good value for London, great location
Slightly small room Noisy aircon
Given the location, just a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square, the hotel was good value.
For some reason there was a flimsy plastic stick instead of a proper spoon with the tea and coffee making facilities. Why not a spoon?
Great Location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great food. Lovely bar and lounge area.
Bar closed at 1am and no room service available at all for drinks.
I booked two rooms for mum and 4 daughters (a double and studio for 3). The location was excellent and the rooms were very clean. The hotel were aware that it was a special occasion and placed a bottle of wine and snacks in our mum's room for her birthday - a lovely touch.
Location was good and bed was comfy
The family superior room was much much smaller than shown online when booking, although we had booked ahead for a child in the room there was no bed made up and it turned out to be a small z bed type which was very uncomfortable. Overall I was very disappointed in the room
Everything. Would always recommend.
Liked it all.
Great service. We booked in via book.com. The room on arrival was smaller than expected as we booked with kitchenette so thought it would be bigger. Also the picture when booking seemed deceiving as had a sofa but there was no sofa. After a phone call to reception we had a member of staff with us & showing us two other rooms we could take instead. We chose a room double the size, with sofa & only paid an additional £18, which I thought was good value, making the room £208 in total but probably could have gone for £300. Very accommodating!
Complimentary coffee was disappointing. I thought there could have been a mini filter coffee machine rather than sachets of instant Nescafé. Maybe even some real milk in the fridge considering the upgrade.
Very personable service where nothing was too much trouble. The girl running the bar area in the evening was very attentive and our glasses were refilled as soon as we had finished them.
comfortable, spacious, good bedding, sleep well kit available,
noisy room on street side despite double glazing, quite dark room
Staff were very friendly. Changing room available on site if you have to check out but still need to attend a venue that may require wearing a different outfit. Easy access to Downing street and Buckingham palace.
didn't get smoking room that was requested
Perfect position, near Trafalgar Square and metro station.
Wi-fi little bit slow. Bathroom small.
Small room, size not mentioned on booking.com Room underneath road level, very noisy No safe in room Window looking out at ... wall one metre away! Poor value for the cost of more than 200 GBP per night!
Location was good for touring; close to many of the prime museums. Staff made great suggestions for restaurants close to hotel.
Rooms were small; really nothing special.
different floor room in the elevators
Staff was unfriendly and impersonal,
Location, room facilities and staff service
This Hotel is the perfect location for getting to all the Major attractions. Close to Charring cross and Trafalgar square. Would stay here again. great breakfast at Garfunkells next door.
Small room with no view. not that cheap but it is London after all,. I suppose the pricier room are more spacious
