The location of Club Quarters is absolutely fantastic. The description of Studio for the room for 3 people is misleading, it was simply a reasonable sized double room with a single flop out chair. The photos on the webiste and the description make it out to be much bigger, and show a leather double sofa! It still worked out fine but just didnt meet expectations it had set. |

Comfortable beds, kitchenette facilities, location - very close to many tourist spots. Not too hot and stuffy like so many hotels. Lack of promotion regarding hotel facilities. Hotel entrance - felt a little unwelcoming as the check in desk was round the corner and very small. No staff asked if we needed tourist info, help with transport, breakfast etc. Restaurant looked too scary to go into and very poorly marketed. |

Club Quarters is centrally located and very convenient to maneuver around London. The staff was not super friendly and helpful. They didn't seem to have a concierge? |

Clean, quiet hotel. Staff friendly. Location excellent for sight seeing, theatre etc. in london. We were able to leave our luggage for a while after checkout which was helpful. We did not eat there but plent of resturants in the vicinity for breakfast and dinner. Room smaller that anticipated. No bath only shower in bathroom. Felt it was a bit expensive becuase breakfast not included in the price. |

Great central location Booked out using automated machine in lobby at a total of £251.85 but my credit card still shows an authority of £280 which i assume was the amount you charged to the card upon booking in. Please remove that authority as I tried to make a large purchase on it yesterday which was embarrassingly declined due to insufficient funds on the card. Not very impressed with that!! |

The Club Quarters is ideally located for a short or long-term siteseeing vacation to London. You literally walk to >50% of what you come to see in London - Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Horse Guards, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, theater, etc., etc. When needed the staff seemed distracted or too busy to really assist us (eg, directions to the local Catholic church were off by blocks... and we missed services [corrected later by perfect directions from a cabbie]. Note - the internet reviews are so varied that it is almost impossible to discern the quality of a hotel. This hotel is elegant, the beds remarkable comfortable, and it was very quiet. We will recommend it to our friends and associates, and we will return. |

The outstanding location We were not given the 4 persons room we booked, instead we were given 2xdouble rooms which did not really suit our needs but we accepted it. In the afternoon we reported a 'sound of running water' which late at night became very loud and affected our ability to sleep. Staff were unable to fix the problem, offered us a change of room which we could not accept as our children were next door. We were given 2 free breakfasts as compensation but it was not really satisfactory. In spite of this, I would stay there again as the location was so good (just not in the same room....) |

The free internet in the rooms was great. The situation was excellent. There was the possibility to combine two rooms together with a door so it fit for the family. The room which we got wasn't quite the same we reserved. It was smoking though we wanted non-smoking one and it was two rooms instead of a suite. The view was poor to the yard shaft and it was dark. The smell of smoking disturbed us. The breakfast was quite expensive. |

The hotel is very good located, very!. Close to the underground as well as to several sightseeing monuments. More over, we were able to check in already at 11 o'clock. The room we got, was very small and had a window with a wall just in front of it. (30cm) |

Location and style of the hotel. It was in a brilliant location to explore Covent Garden and Theatreland being right next to Trafalgar Square. |
