Lovely room with daily house keeping. Elmis products and nightly shortbread, Handy to the bus stop and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful.
WiFi a bit weak at times.
Wifi was inconsistent in room.
Little extras in our room.
I've paid less and had better experiences. No wifi, even after phoning reception they were no help. Booked an hour treatment but wasn't asked what I wanted, just got on with what they thought was best. Spa facilities were limited to what I've experienced elsewhere. Enjoyed stay but too much money, never again.
Laid back attitude.
Staff on reception were excellent very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast menu had some different choices to normal hotel breakfasts which was a welcome change. Spa facilities were good and the massage was excellent Room was reasonably spacious and well appointed
5 star service for a 4 star hotel. Should be 5 stars
clean, spacious, lovely staff members, comfy bed. shame we didnt get to use the swimming pool because we only had 1 night but it looked amazing!
wifi wasn't very good. but then again need to stay away from internet more!
The pillows were fab had the best night sleep ever
Staff and facilities excellent
TV reception and wifi signal poor
Family room was excellent with a view of the pool. Swimming pools were good and used every day by us. Staff were friendly and always spoke, turn.down service with shortbread in the evening a nice touch. Room decoration very nice, being a suit it gave us all a bit more space to.relax. Location excellent as it was on the outskirts of town but easy walking distance to restaurants and shops etc but also.easy to get out of.town in the car.
Nothing really but we didn't realise we had to pay for papers every day, the sofa bed needed more support, we ended up on it to stop kids fighting and always ended.up.rolling to the middle. Food in bar restaurant was not suitable.for.younger kids, well not ours anyway! Would have been nice to have had some sort of cooked breakfast included.
poor breakfast seemed to be leftover bread from the previous night
location, room layout, TV, car parking on site, easy check in and check out
hard bed, pillows too soft, lighting in bedroom and bathroom was not good for shaving/make-up etc. Tea making was available in room but was not mentioned in hotel description
Staff friendly & helpful, food in restaurant very good, bedding changed very regular, turn down service from about 6.30 in the evening when you can get fresh towels if required.
Windows in room dirty, furniture chipped, wall dirty, sliding wardrobe doors noisy not just in room could here doors from other rooms would have been better with opening doors, parasols at pool dirty & torn, glass with drinks served at pool area this should be plastic, only 5 sun loungers at pool, would say this was more a business hotel than a holiday hotel.
Convenient location to see the island, use the ferries and a good selection of restaurants
St. Helier is obviously a working port, so not the most attractive, but very interesting
Staff in Spa not very welcoming and we were ignored at the desk!
Very clean & comfy, the pool was very nice,
Shame you don't have a gym,!
I loved the room size and features. The breakfast included was excellent.
WiFi was not functional in the rooms. It was very intermittent which made working in the room very frustrating.
Helpful polite staff. Comfortable bed. Good food.
No where to relax beside indoor pool unless you had a treatment.
The Bohemia Restaurant is the jewel in the crown of the hotel.
My wife and enjoyed our stay at The Club very much. The hotel was very well presented, had a nice ambience and the staff very courteous and helpful.
For such a hotel I think the location could have been better. Green Street is not the most inviting of situations. Getting in and out of the bath was not a problem but if only a shower is being taken there is an urgent need for a vertical grab rail to be provided on the wall at the end of the bath to provide help - especially for elderly residents.
Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff and facilities in the centre of St Helier. Highly recommend it as would the other two couples that came with us. Absolutely everything you need including free wifi
Staff were really friendly and very efficient .
Location, staff, Bedroom and bathroom small but quality feel
Small space for outdoor pool, meaning lack of loungers
The outdoor pool was in need of repair( mosaic tiles missing in places) and it had detritus in the bottom. Some tables in the breakfast area were chipped on the top. Part of the heating control in the spa shower was missing. Some lights were missing on the stairs down to the spa. The extractor fan in our bathroom didn't work. There were cereals still in boxes in the breakfast room. None of this would be permitted to occur at a genuine five star hotel such as The Connaught in London. Finally: virtually all the staff were not native to the island and were Eastern European. While I do not have an issue with this their English was not brilliant and it was therefore not possible to converse easily and extract any useful local knowledge from them.
Upgraded to a suite Which was a lovely suprise
