The bedroom and amenities were nice. Very poor food service selection after 10:00pm and before 12:00pm, so need to keep that in mind before booking. |

Excellent service, clean rooms, nice toiletries, very helpful staff, good location - very central. Breakfast was very good - excellent quality, although the selection was small. Bar was great - amazing cocktails. Experience shower in the spa was amazing! Rooms were quite small and the spa was quite small too and the jacuzzi was cold! Cooked breakfasts were expensive. |

We spent 1 night here to experience 5 star hotel. Staff were excellent. Fixtures and fittings in the room were good quality but the room itself a little small would have been a problem if we had been staying longer. unfortunately access to indoor pool was time restricted although outdoor freely available this is heated but small. Parking could be a problem if you have large car our hired focus only just fitted up the steep entrance to carpark! Plenty of breakfast but disapointingly not much choice of cold meat and cheese. We did not try restaurant as pricey and nothing on menu really grabbed our attention (it seemed very full). Had an excellent meal at Funchal paradise just a short walk up the road at very reasonable price. |

The Club Hotel is in a great location only 5 minutes walk from St Helier's main street where there is a wide choice of shops and places to eat. The rooms are really comfortable and you don't hear any noise from the other rooms or the corridor. The restaurant Bohemia is excellent but not cheap - fantastic food and really different. L'Occitaine products in the bathroom are lovely and the hotel are generous with the soaps. The turn down service was spot-on and room housekeeping was excellent and never intrusive. The bathrooms are quite 'cosy' and the lighting isn't great for shaving. |

Staff were particularly very helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Surprised that cooked breakfast was not included, this was available at other hotels of equal luxury. |

Luxury of the room, l'occutaine products in the room, continential breakfasts Well, I had a facial in the spa and wanted to buy the products that were recommended to me. Out of the four products recommended three were out of stock. Also guests of the hotel should be allowed to use the indoor pool more frequently. |

Good rooms Staff at concierge are not locals and lack knowledge of the Island. A little disapointing for that level of hotel. |

Our welcome was very friendly and accommodating and this continued throughout our stay with every request and query being dealt with promptly, efficiently and knidly. The location was perfect for business and yet close enough to the beach for a stroll. Our room was lovely - in fact everything described in both yours and their websites was accurate. We ate twice in The Bohemia restaurant and both meals were oustanding. This is most definately a hotel we shall return to and would recommend to friends. Thank you very much. |

The welcome from the staff at the hotel when we arrived was very warm and friendly. The bathroom in the rom was very spacious and the room service was exceptional. The additional spa treatments were easy to book and were fantastic. The Air conditionng was broken and stuck on cold. Although this was reported twice it wasn't fixed. There was no iron in the room which we consider a basic expectation. We had asked for a room that was quiet, yet we were facing the main road with a lounge/bar underneath us! |

nothing in particular-its been done before-and better-at the Malmaison group hotels the air conditioning which it seemed impossible to turn off, the smallness of the rooms, and the bad lighting in the bathroom, and unless you book well in advance it appears to be impossible to visit your well advertised spa..... |

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and very nice but most of all it was so quiet. Just what we were looking for. Just a couple of things to mention - we had to ask for a bathrobe as there was only one when we arrived. And after the cleaners had been in we had to ask for a face cloth but none could be found. However, this did in no way spoil our stay. |

With a perfect waterfront location and stunning views overlooking St. Aubins Bay, Elizabeth Marina and Elizabeth Castle, the Radisson Blu Hotel is ideal for your visit to Jersey. |
