The Club Hotel & Spa Jersey  

The Bohemia restuarant food and staff service was excellent, the bed large and very comfortable. The location was convenient for most things and the hotel was clean and nicely presented (my wife really enjoyed her stay as I did).

I would suggest ensuring electrical equipment supplied within the rooms are regularly checked/tested as the DVD player did not work properly, a light in the wardrobe was broken and the iron we borrowed spewed hot water everywhere when ironing as the top was broken off the steam setting. Non of these were drop-dead issues (hence no complaints).

Not sure if Bohemia Restaurant is part of your hotel but there was an unpleasant situation. I was so tired of business meetings and before going bed I wanted to have a drink at the bar. I was unconciously fall asleep and woke up with the waiter saying me "I cannot let you to sleep here, you better go to your room"..I Was not doing anything by purpose and obvious that I was very tired etc anyway but expected a more polite interruption. This happened on Tuesday night and will be glad if you can or are able to warn the person to be more polite to the guests. Best, Turker Tekten

A lovely weekend away with my daughter. The spa treatments were superb and we were lucky enough to have dinner at the Bohemia restaurant which just could not have been better. The hotel was very relaxing and duvets and pillows probably amongst the best in any 5* plus hotel I've stayed. Lovely location within 5 minute walk of main shopping streets. Don't miss the Island tour with the blue coach tantivy tours - and ask for Pat he was knowledgeable, entertaining and very kind - especially when he retrieved my daughters silk scarf from The Jersey pearl.

Loved it all but if I had t be really picky I would have used the swimming pool more if it was a couple fo degrees warmer.

Very good location. The staff were extremely helpful. The bedrooms were typical of a recently updated hotel. They were very comfortable and very well serviced. Food excellent in the Michelin restaurant Well worth a visit.

Clean room, friendly staff, good location

The Club provided a personalised and friendly service. We arrived very early to check in and the staff went out of their way to prepare our room as soon as they could. The receptionist was very friendly and respectful and very different to the receptionists who look down their nose at you or the receptionist who seems so bored they would prefer to be anywhere else rather than there. We received a free glass of champagne which comes as standard as well as an upgrade to a suite. Both my husband and I believe that the Bohemia resturant provided us with our best ever meal to date (and this was a return visit). I highly rate this hotel if you want a relaxing break where you are made to feel special.

The service was 5* from the minute we walked thro' the door until we left. There was a problem with the heating in our room but we were promptly moved to another.The Michelin* resturant was out of this world excellent food vino and top class service.Which meant so much as we were there for my parteners Birthday celebration. Could not find a fault in anything.

From the time we arrived to the day we left it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in, all the hotel staff was excellent, food was amazing, spa was relaxing, I will without doubt recommend this hotel to everyone wanting to stay in jersey it was fantastic xx

Food was amazing on new years eve, also the cosmopolitan cocktails. Our tv didn't work properly and it was replaced instantly which was nice. Loved the shortbread at turndown time - nice touch.

For a hotel of that stature not to offer a cooked breakfast without a suppliment of £15.75 was surprising. Staff on top of you all the time, you can't even put a cereal packet on the table without it being whisked away in a second. Also didn't lke the 10% tip added to everything I like to do my own tipping make it personal.

It was a most enjoyable stay, The purpose of the trip was a surprise 70th birthday present for my husband. I was able to chose this lovely hotel as it was cheaper than it would have been during high season. All staff were polite and helpful No complaints apart from the weather.
