Good service. Great hotel

Our room was excellent - large, airy with a large superbly equipped bathroom. Everything you could possibly want or need was in the room and mini-bar. The food was wonderful both in Bohemia and the bar food. The spa was fantastic. The treatments we had were excellent.

Only problem we had was eating in the restaurant on a Friday and Saturday night. Both nights were very busy in the bar with loud music - this made enjoying a special meal rather difficult. We ate upstairs in lounge area on those nights for a more restful experience.

Service in the bar & restaurant was abit slow.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good quality food.

Bohemia, the restaurant, was very noisy from the heavy beat music coming from the adjacent bar. Not a place for a quiet dinner.

Soft bench seats for breakfast.Made to & fro-ing for the breakfast buffet very difficult.Too low.

I liked the location and have previously enjoyed the Bohemia. It appears to be one of those hotels that has lost its way. Lost its soul. I can't blame all the staff but we both had the impression that the faults were management driven as the staff kept saying 'we are not allowed to do this...etc'

The standard of food in the (not for long) Michelin starred restaurant. We both thought the breakfast was cheap. Cereal and a dry croissant. The rooms were cold.

The reception staff are courteous and helpful, the small guided tour when we arrived was a nice touch. It was also nice to see the mini-bar restocked on a daily basis. The spa/swimming pool are excellent and well maintained. The internet wifi is a good signal and reasonably fast.

Our room was between two service areas, so there was a lot of footfall outside the door. Not a great problem in itself but many of the staff seemed flat-footed and would clump past a 'do not disturb' sign loudly enough to disturb -- a common fault in European hotels. Although the soundproofing through the window was superb, the interior soundproofing was negligible; the room door had no noticeable affect on noise in the corridor. Beware, the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea, but only stocks Absolute, which is an awful vodka. You would think that there would at least be a decent pouring vodka there.

Staff were incredibly friendly; the hotel was lovely clean and quite luxurious. The food we had there was amazing as well. A fantastic weekend all round.

Good value. Good response to water pressure problems in my room. Good bar.

Location. Odd and somewhat intrusive music in the bar.

Room was fantastic. We were given a complimentary upgrade on arrival. Staff were attentive, polite and the hotel was peaceful stylish and immaculate.

Parking. Easy location for St.Helier.

Being charged for water in the room. Restaurant effectively closed . Shower facilities in poolroom need updating. Only Continental breakfast.

We most definitely loved the service from the staff it was fabulous they were welcoming, cheerful and respectful from the restaurant, reception to the cleaners and we hope you pay all of them well as they represent you from the heart we were touched and very pleased The Club Hotel & Spa Jersey will always be our first choice . We booked because the reviews were very good and we can see why. This hotel is very hard to fault. The staff were "in the background" but always helpful and friendly when asked anything. The Michelin restaurant is quite outstanding and we had one of the best meals we have ever eaten in 30 years of travelling. We highly recommend a stay here.

The relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel,the quality of the accommodation and the excellent staff.

It was awkward to park at the hotel but there was a public car park right opposite which was easy to use.

The service, professionalism and manners of the staff were excellent. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the lounge rooms relaxing.

The swimming pool was quite small and I was surprised that there is only one shower in the ladies changing room. Having to cross Reception to access the Spa could be a little uncomfortable at times if wishing to wear the Robe supplied.

As soon as we entered into the reception area we felt relaxed. It is a very calming hotel with excellent facilities from the spa to the bar! I would most definately stay here again and recommend this to both family and friends.

The lay out of the restaurant for a michelin star wasn't really to my liking however that is all down to opinion obviously. It certainly did not spoil the food or the service.

I liked the location of the Hotel as you can easily walk into the centre of the shopping/restaurant area. The Spa is excellent. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and very helpful.

The staff in particular were outstanding in every way. Courteous, discreet, helpful, polite, we run out of compliments, absolutely top banana!

Asked for flowers to be in the room on arrival - excellent bouquet; Unexpected and appreciated upgrade; Close to St Helier; Good service without being over attentive.
