Friendly staff.. And free smarties in the lobby...
Everything was closed on sunday in the area so we had to travel to find pubs and restaurants.
The staff were really friendly and helpful
Nothing not to loke
This was my second stay here and loved it great location and the attention to detail in the rooms is good they have thought of every thing to supply that you need for a night stay will defiantly be returning another time
The oven hob was a bit difficult to use had to call for assistance witch came very quickly
I stayed here as I wanted to be somewhere close to the Globe theatre. It is a few minutes walk away and also on an easy bus route to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square etc. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and the provision of the small kitchen area ( microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery, sink) in the room, and facilities in the guest locker and gym made this a very easy place to be self sufficient. I will definitely stay here again.
I had just come from work very late and it would have been great to have water in the room rather than hunt for it! Food and a snack would have gone down well!
bag holding service during day after check-out, very handy.
Location ideal right near St Paul's tube and easy walk of Covent Garden and the theatres
Proximity to St Paul's and the Barbican, and easy access to all main bus routes. Very comfortable room with interesting view and surprisingly little traffic noise. Good breakfast!
The sound insulation between rooms was not very good
We were given a free upgrade and the room was a good size with a small kitchenette.
Very noisy during the night. We live out in the country so all noise for us is distracting, but bins being emptied and the clock on St Pauls chiming every half hour did keep us awake.
The location, the room facilities, the staff.
Our room was very noisy from the road, the bells of St Pauls and the incredibly loud shower noises from the rooms around us. I could hear somone coughing through a ventilation grille and it sounded like it was inside our room. A poor nights sleep.
We were there for 2 nights and the tea, coffee and milk had not been replenished after the first day. So no drink on the Sunday morning!
Pleasant welcome ambiance convenient to eateries
nothing to dislike except the midweek price-hike which puts it outside my budget
Vending machine didn't give me my purchase !!!!
Location, wifi connection
Breakfast price Room prices are not cheap as well, but in line with London
simplicity of checking in and out
would have liked one or two extra milk sachets
Coffee machine in the lobby
Room was small and dated shower small and grubby and dated
Closeness to my livery company, St.Pauls Cathedral and the adjoining restaurant.
Noisy youngsters in room above at 3 am.
This hotel is in a great location for Central London; right next to St Paul's Cathedral and within walking distance to many central districts and sights. Staff were friendly, and the room was fantastic. We booked a "small double room" but it was very spacious - it even had a small lounge and dining area with basic kitchen facilities. Our room was at the back of the hotel so was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable so overall we were extremely satisified with our choice. The price is reasonable given the average cost of hotels in central London (extortionate), so Club Quarters is probably the best value for money place around!
Everything about the hotel was excellent. We were delighted to be given a further upgrade on arrival.Superb accommodation in a brilliant location. Friendly, professional staff.
Nothing to dislike.
Not my first and absolutely not my last stay. The location is great, the room is airy and the bed really comfortable. Great for both business and leisure.
Not much power on the water in the bath/shower
Friendly Free wifi and coffee Location Clean
As much tea coffee as you want, so many gadgets and gizmos in the room, iron ironing board, free water and bottle which you can fill up on as you go, ice machine, nice clean modern.
Good location with nice lounge and brasserie. Food was good quality and reasonably priced.
Don't take a room by the elevator unless you want to be up until the early hours listening to cranking cables and noisy doors.
Everything, room, staff, location, extras. They have thought of everything.
There was nothing I did not like.
