The hotel room was very confortable, large and clean. We got a room with lateral views to St Paul's Cathedral, and we could hear the church bell ringing during the day. The bell rings every hour (I only noticed it one night when I couldn't sleep) so if you are a light sleeper keep that in mind. Even though the room was facing the street it was not noisy, just make sure it is on a higher floor. The staff was helpful.

Location is very good and the hotel close is close to everywhere in london. Hotel's rooms were good designed but rooms were very cold and heating system can't be controlled by the guest. I asked reception to turn on the heating but they said that the heating system was automatic and it was adjusting the degree in the room according to outside temperature. And they said ' If you want we can give you another blanket!' The second problem with the room was the noise coming from the bathroom's air ventilation. They could not stop the noise. Next day I left a note for housekeeping but nothing changed. It was a bad hotel experience .

Convenience. It was central and could walk to most places. Close proximity to St Pauls and one family member heard the chimes every quarter hour during the night. But couldn't hear them on the other side of the building.

When we arrived at check-in, we got a free upgrade to a suite room, which had an adjoining room with a sofa, another television, a kitchenette with microwave, crockery, cutlery and kettle with beverages and a desk. This was a lovely surprise and made the hotel great value for money. I have stayed in the hotel before and thought it was good value for money considering its location but this upgrade made it even better! I feel the rooms are a little pricey but the location is excellent and the staff, facilitites and rooms are great.

Great location. My wife and I both contracted a 24-hour bug which we suspect may have been due to contaminated surfaces in our hotel room. I appreciate that it is difficult to eradicate all germs and therefore see no reason to complain (as the room was, ostensibly, very clean); however, as a result of our illnesses, my lasting memory of the hotel will not be a pleasant one. Also, the service was very impersonal. This is fine, ordinarily; but I mean really impersonal.

The location was good The hotel does not have a hotel atmosphere. It is more like an apartment block with someone on the door. There is no where to get a drink when returning in the evening, only a help yourself coffee machine with paper cups. There were no staff except on reception and if you needed additional pillows etc you were sent to a room to help yourself. It felt more like self catering, not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. It was supposed to be a treat for my 50th Birthday.

We really enjoyed our stay at St Pauls - we have used your Trafalgar Sq on a number of occasions but we found St Pauls to be more to our liking - we will certainly be going back - if we can get a booking ! Not really - our room was delayed in being cleaned, but it was very busy and as soon it was brought to the staffs attention it was sorted straight away

Great bedroom overlooking St.Pauls Cathedral, very peaceful... The Hotel's Restaurant was absolutely wonderful! Great food. The bedroom was well equiped, free tea bags and coffee, as well as free filtered water to take with you. Very close to bus and tube stops. Will definitely stay there again, on my next trip to London. Check in wasn't allowed until 3 pm, but as soon as we arrived (11 am) we were given our room! Thank you! Everything was great.

Clearly geared for the business traveller with all mod cons in the rooms and tasteful decor. Excellent size for any double in London but especially as we only booked a small double. Comfy beds with extra pillows easily available and an excellent shower. Also had access to an ice machine which was very handy. Air con was quiet and effective and we had a lovely view of St Pauls. Didn't eat in the restaurant as we thought breakfast was a bit pricey so we went to Starbucks round the corner, It looked very nice though. The room had everything one could ask for really - a pleasant stay in a fantastic location. We will definately return if we can find rooms for the same price again.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a great business hotel and provides well thought out amenities for the business traveler. It is a few minutes walk to the St. Paul tube station which is centrally located to the Central line of the tube system. You can easily take the tube to all the central areas without much delay. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a hotel that allows you to step out into a very lively London neighborhood. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere else. This is right near to the old Stock Exchange which can be really quiet on the weekends; but is a short tube ride away from the busy parts of London. It's really not a negative but a warning for those who don't want to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

I've stayed at the Club Quarters a couple of times and have been pleased with the quality of the rooms, toiletries and lounge facilities. Mainly used by business clientele in the week when it is also more expensive to stay but would recommend for tourists on weekend stay.
